A thunderous noise sped through the small town of Marok, in the form of an unknown rider on a black motorcycle. As the rider rode past the local high school, she stopped abruptly. She thought felt demonic and angelic energies resonating around the premises of the high school. "Get a hold of yourself Kiara, you're being paranoid," the rider muttered softly. But her instincts were telling her otherwise. Kiara debated whether or not she should check it out. 'Forget it, it's not my business,' she told herself. Coming to that conclusion Kiara revved her bike back up. She was deadbeat tired and needed to find a place to crash for a couple days.

Half an hour later, Kiara let out a relieved sigh as she plopped down on the hotel bed. She had been on the road all day with very little sleep and it felt good to be on a comfy bed. Her mind began to wander back to the high school. It was really strange. If there was an angel and demon around that area, there should have been a knockdown no-holds-bar fight. Unless..."Yeah right," Kiara scolded herself. "As if there could be another like me in this town," she scoffed.

User ImageLilliana, who had been up since before the crack of the new dawn, sighed gently to herself. Her mornings usually started way before even the birds stirred to sing their morning tunes. At this moment, she was standing in front of the mirror with her head cocked to one side. A sleek, bristle brush was held in one of her slender palms as she moved it from the top of her scalp to the ends of each strand of hair, making it take on the title of seemingly perfection. Her light, cream hair was curled as always before she placed in the ribbons that she wore each and every day. She sighed softly before she walked over to her dresser, picking up her crystal pendant and slipping it around her neck, clipping it in place. In her hand held the actual stone, tiny yet most powerful in her hands, and she knew it too.

Since today was a new day, and she was feeling most good about it, she wore a white peasant top with a sky blue skirt that reached down to just above her knees. She didn't want to look tacky, but she also didn't want to reveal too much as well. So she thought that this look would be perfect for her. She soon grabbed her metallic, silver ballet flats and slipped them on before she grabbed her large, white purse, which she was expecting to use as a backpack this year, but trying to be a tad more stylish in the process. She then just walked out of her room, but made sure that she looked completely presentable before she exited, closing the door to her bedroom. She then took a step to the left and walked down the stairs of her large home. She was an only child, so she was basically spoiled. But she didn't act like it at all. In fact, she was probably one of the most humble and kind-hearted girl that any person could have met in their entire lives.

Her green eyes twinkled in the sunlight of the new dawn as she stepped out of her large house and walked down the walkway towards the street. Since she lived conveniently only a block away, she knew that she would only miss her first class by a good 30 seconds. And that was exactly what happened. She arrived to school right when the bell rang before she walked into her Biology class on the second story and found a seat in the middle of the classroom. She kept to herself as she bit the inside of her cheek, trying not to make eye contact with anybody else as she took her seat and placed her back on the floor beside her. She exhaled slowly as the teacher stared at her before shrugging and returning to the lesson plan. Most teachers didn't really do anything to her since she was such an outstanding student, almost always in the top 8 percent of the GPAs and the like. But she wasn't one to brag. Then again, she wasn't one to do anything but read and tend to her duties at home and in the war.

Coop tilted his head to the side, gently popping it as he woke up. He curled his hand into a fist in front of his mouth and let out a monstrous yawn. He rubbed his eyes and looked around the room. Light was beginning to break in through the window. Nature's alarm clock. At least, it was to him anyways.

He walked downstairs to the kitchen and made himself a bowl of cereal. No one was around. Dad would just be leaving work, and Mom was probably still in her bathroom, getting make-upped for work.

He put the empty bowl into the sink and left the house. "Later Mom!" He hollered as he passed her bathroom's window. She looked out and shouted for him to have a nice day. He told her he'd try.

He crawled into his beat up old car, and started the engine. It roared out at nothing as he pressed on the gas to pull out of the driveway. He pulled into the student parking lot and walked over to the stairs in front of the school. He sat down and gazed down at his watch. There were three minutes left, so it looked like Kradd would be here in about two and a half.

Right on cue, there he was. Thirty seconds left until class, the two of them raced inside. He slid into the desk right next to Kradd a few seconds after the bell rang.

"Mornin, sunshine," He said sarcastically. "You all right?"

User ImageKradd opened his eyes slowly, barely gazing up at Coop, who just spoke to him. "Hmph..." He turned his head to face the other direction, noticing a new girl. She was pretty cute, but it wasn't in Kradd's traits to be flirtatious or even out-going for that matter. He closed his eyes again, lifting it moments later and moving his eyes towards Coop. He shook his head and sighed, already wishing class was over. "I had that dream again..." He set his elbow on the table and propped his head up with his hand, tapping his pencil on the desk as he stared ahead. The other teen's voices could be heard throughout the classroom, but Kradd wasn't really paying attention to the other idiots. The only one he could tolerate was Coop, and that was because he'd known him since they were little. The school mostly comprised of bitches, sluts, and jerk-off assholes. Kradd snorted as he overheard one of the girls talking about what she and one of the school jocks had done the other night. It disgusted him that she was telling her friends about it like she'd just earned a trophy.

Saya jolted awake, The same horrifying dream.. Is this something that is to be..? She looked at the clock, "Oh no! I'm going to be late! And it's only the second day!" She said as she hurried into her outfit. She braided her hair as she ran from the small apartment.
Saya looked as though she were a bit hesitant on going through the forest. There is something that lurks here...I don't like it... She then clutched her school bag and said to herself, "But I have to go through so I'm not late!"
Carefully and a bit boldy, she ran into the forest. So far so clear, but the path seems quite foggy.. She was refering to her gift, not the actual path she was on. . She then smiled to herself as she ran and said. "I guess it can't be helped..I shouldn't know everything..." She knew something was going to happen, something completely unavoidable, and due to this, she felt a bit happy, mostly because she wasn't quite sure which path life would take her, and she usually did.

Almost as she reached the clearing and the school building was in sight, she heard a low rumbling demonic growl. She turned around to see an Entog, a demon from the depths of hell, as she called them. Oh no.. I did not see this coming.. She was startled, the Entog reminded her when she had been imprisoned in hell. The fear was written all over her face, though she did manage to dodge when the entog charged at her. This won't be good if others see me.. She turned and started to head back into the forest. The Entog gave a hellish howl that only human's could not hear. And then gave chase, as if it were toying with it's prey.

User ImageLilliana sighed silently to herself as she stared down at her blank notebook, holding an ink pen in hand. She could hear a lot of talking that was happening all about her. It annoyed her, since she couldn't hear what the lesson of the day was, but she knew that she would be able to make it up easily. So she just nibbled on her bottom lip as she began to take part in drawing the gentle landscape of water vapor and the like about the gates of Heaven. Even though to humans, this place may seem like almost mythical, but it is very much real. Her drawing skills had improved greatly over the summer, even though she hadn't gotten a lot of practice due to her running the healing centers for all those associated with the war that was being raged as the teacher spoke. She rubbed the back of her neck slowly as her peasant blouse slipped slightly, revealing the tattoo-like markings on her back of wings, which is what her real ones become when not in use.

But it was also at this moment when she her instincts were picking up on some ultimately strange 'readings'. She lifted her head only slightly, her emerald green eyes reflecting on the florescent lights of the classroom with ease. She soon let go of her lip before she glanced back at two boys who were talking, one seemed completely out of it while the other was seemingly trying to do his best to cheer up the other. Her pendant glowed for a slit second, an unnatural color that no mere human could see. But that wasn't all. If it wasn't for the howling of an otherworldly beast coming from the courtyard outside, she would've thought that this would be a pretty normal day of these times. She soon just sighed silently before she closed her notebook and put away her pencil, both perfectly placed into her bag that was currently draped on the back of her seat. She then leaned forward, propping her elbows on the desk as she leaned her head against her hands, pondering in her mind on what she should do at the moment.

User ImageKradd saw a light out of the corner of his eye and turned towards the girl once again, noticing her glowing pendant. He looked unphased by this unnatural item, wondering what it was and why no one else was noticing this. They were a bunch of ignorant fools though, all of them. He heard a sharp howl somewhere and turned his head to look out the window. He saw a girl in their school uniform running towards the school; a creature following suit. He blinked and rubbed his eyes, still seeing the beasts as it drew closer and closer to the girl. He could hear Ms. Shenya, the teacher, yelling at him and telling him to pay attention. She didn't very much like Kradd. "I need to use the bathroom. I feel sick." Kradd shot up from his desk and rushed out, not caring what she had to say about it.

He made his way down the school stairs and out of the front door, almost running into the girl in the process. He looked behind her, noticing the entog had disappeared. "Hey, are you ok? What was that?" He gripped her arms, making sure to not hold on too tightly so that he wouldn't hurt her. He was starting to get a bit edgy, feeling tense from what he had just witnessed and scared that it was a hallucination, and it didn't help thinking it was real. He heard a sharp growl from behind him and turned to see the giant creature. He couldn't believe he hadn't smelled it from a mile away. It almost made him gag. Kradd could smell death and decay on the beast's breath and it only made the situation more terrifying. He could see that it did not possess eyes, so it would naturally have a better sense of smell and hearing. He moved back a bit, making sure the girl stayed behind him and hoping the creature wouldn't notice.

Once again Kiara found herself near the high school. That nagging feeling she had earlier just wouldn't leave her alone. "What am I doing here? There's nothing here," she told herself. As soon as the those words came out of her mouth, she heard a very familiar howl. A howl that haunted her dreams when she was little. "Entog..."

Scanning the area, she saw the Entog cornering two people, most likely students from the high school. 's**t!' Should she take care of the entog? Kiara bit her lip out of nervous habit, what should she do? Letting out a defeated sigh, Kiara materialized a bow and arrow. Aiming she shot a couple arrows at the entog, causing it to howl in pain. Taking aim again, she went in for hopefully the killing blow, 2 arrows straight through it's head. If this didn't kill it, she'll have an entog chasing after her.

Saya tripped on a twig causing her to fall down. She looked at Kradd in a bit of surprise that someone had noticed her. She stood up, and then as if someone cranked the cog in a clock her eyes became dull as she started speaking in monotone as she prophesied. "You are not human...You are one of the hidden six I that I am searching for..." Her voice started to fade as she said the last part to the point only Krodd could hear. "You are Emim..." She then fainted. When she spoke like that it was as if her body used a tremendous amount of energy. And since she had been running, she hadn't had enough energy to make a prophecy without passing out. And that was the main power that she had not much control of. It came and went as was needed..

User ImageFirst some girl shot the creature before him with arrows, angering it even more. Why anyone would use a bow nowadays perplexed him, but that wasn't the problem at hand! Then, the girl behind him started to speak odd, talking about some random word. "Huh?!!" He almost yelled, feeling frantic from the beast which had turned around to face the other girl for now. It sniffed the air, smelling better prey in Kradd's direction. He cursed and watched the beast hunch down and pounce. Kradd closed his eyes and held the girl close, thinking there was a chance he could atleast shield her.

Time seemed to slow as the beast flew through the air towards Kradd. He set the girl down, moving as slow as the time seemed to be going, and stood up. He opened his eyes as he glared up at the creature; revealing two blood red orbs. He growled as his body launched forward at and incredible speed, his fist pulling back and thrusting forward into the Entog's face. The beast squealed as it was thrown about ten yards back and falling onto it's side. It began to thrash about, trying to get back up. Kradd glanced down at his fists in awe, feeling a slight headache begin to bubble up within his skull. He didn't know what had just happened; feeling as if he were in a dream. He pinched his cheek, noticing something odd about how his cheeks touched his teeth. His poked at his canine, noticing they had extended slightly and sharpened. "What the hell is happening...?!!" He yelled to himself, the entog still trying to get up in the background.

Kiara could not believe what she just saw. That kid in front of her just punched an entog and sent it flying a couple yards. The kid also seemed in shock over what happened, as if he didn't know he could do that. 'No time to worry about him, I need to finish the entog.' Quickly Kiara ran towards where the entog was struggling to get up. She changed her bow into a sword and stabbed the entog on it's side. For good measure she also cut the entog's head off. "If that doesn't kill it, I don't know what will," Kiara couldn't help but mutter. Today was just not a good day.

Saya continued to speak in monotone though she was clearly knocked out. "This girl is Emim as well... 2 of six have been found..." Saya hoped to regain her energy quick so she could explain herself--the fact that she was concious while unconcious baffled her a bit, though while her prophetic powers sometimes baffled her..

User ImageKradd heard the girl behind him speak some more, but since he didn't understand her, nor did he understand anything that was happening, he ignored the prophetic mumbling. He glanced towards the other girl that somehow formed a bow and the latest, a sword out of no where. He felt himself getting light-headed, but shook his head to clear it. "Ok! I'm hallucinating. No! It's a dream. Yeah, that's it. A dream..." He sat down next to the blonde-haired girl, still feeling slightly dizzy and weak. He could sware that he was going nuts and hoped it was all but a dream. A few seconds later, his eyes glazed over and he fell back, losing consciousness.

With the entog dead, Kiara let out a relieved sigh. Now she had to explained herself to that boy and not sound insane. Turning around Kiara saw the high school boy on the ground not moving. Running over, Kiara checked both the boy's and girl's pulse, they were still alive just unconscious. "What do I do now?" Kiara asked herself. She couldn't just leave them lying here...or could she? Sighing once again Kiara picked up the unconscious boy and put him in the side car of her motorcycle. Going back she picked up the unconscious girl and also put her in the side car. Revving up the bike, Kiara headed back to the hotel. She'd let them crash in her room until they woke up. At least by then she'll (hopefully) have some type of logical explanation about what just happened.

The dream replayed itself once again while he slept, making him break out into cold sweat and shoot up from the bed he was in, gasping for air. He sighed, thinking the whole events from a while ago were just a dream. He thought his room looked a little diffierent though, until she saw Saya sleeping near him and another girl in the small room. He noticed it was a hotel room at that time. He sighed and fell back, rolling off the bed and rotating in time to land on his feet. Without saying a word he stepped up to the girl that had formed a blade out of no where, and waited for her to explain what the hell had happened and why he was in a hotel room.
