I think there needs to be an application-style format for join requests. Even though we don't get that many to begin with, I still believe that it's important. Most of the members join thinking that this is just like any other guild, then end up getting banned within a few days or weeks.
Having the requirements on the front page would make sure people know the guild rules and requirements before they even join. This IS a hidden guild, so it isn't like anyone could be able to see the stickies posted in the guild's main forum.

ya know, i remember joining one, and being invited to another, Kuro Gang guild in the past that were very trashy and rude, and which had countless wannabe imitations. i think alot of people who see this guild may think this is gonna be lik ethose if we don't find some way to show them otherwise.

a few examples of avatars wearing the guild attire and uniforms in appropriate threads?
[though one could just look at some of the main members wearing them]

The Uniforms are only for 'Death Bringers', and currently we're putting that search on hold because we haven't enough members (that are actually ******** active). So, yeah, it's on hold for now.

I'm sure that you all have heard this suggestion a thousand times, but what about a mini-arch from those who don't care to join or can't join in the major arch. Why you might ask, should I go through that trouble and confusion when they can simply join the major arch. The reason is because with more people joining it makes it harder and harder to have everyone join in. Some people won't be interested in the arch, other won't come on in till after the arch has started, while others are too new. This will create problems in the future and I would hate to see this guild die due to it. If there is nothing there for those people to do and it happens more then once. They will either leave (which might or might not be a bad thing) or they'll be inactive weight to the guild, something you don't want (at least I think so). Please understand, I'm not talking about this arch currently. But as the guild grows it will become harder to involve everyone. And its better to see to an issue before it problem and there is no way out of it, but to kill the guild itself and start over. I've seen it happen so many times. I've quit a lot of guilds who haven't seen the problem coming. I love this guild and don't want it to follow the same path.

(Sorry, Oxun, I'm just reading this now! XD)
Well, good news, everyone! I am thinking about starting my very own RP (See "OOC" Thread for details- it's located in the 'Role-Playing' subforum!), and I think it's going to move relatively slow at first. And it's an RP, much like Skotti's Sky Pirate one (Check that one out also!), where anyone could jump in at anytime. biggrin
