umm... I'm just putting this out there but im like 99.99% sure any shiny starters you get will be illegit... BTW which is EV i could try to hook you up with a non-shiny one but it might take a lot of time sweatdrop

And honestly, shiny starters aren't as rare as they used to be. Especially with the Matsuda method. Can I see the Gligar's IVs?

Yeah.........I don't think your going to want it.According to the calculator I'm using,it's IVs are HP 15/31,Atk 2/31,DEF 0/31,Sp.Atk 23/31,Sp.DEF 26/31,and SPD 23/31.
