Phoenixfire yelped at the collision of her spine with the cold, hard mat when she fell prey to Lumina's dropkick. Oh, how she was letting herself go in this match! Phoenixfire knew she'd have to step it up a notch in this match and soon, but her main problem now was to recover from this move.

Lumina stands up and walks over to Phoenix. She tries picking Phoenix up to her feet so she could attempt a suplex.

There was no use in fighting against the suplex. Phoenix had just had her spine slammed into the mat; resisting an offensive was the least of her worries. She was more concerned with trying to ignore her aching back than anything else. Phoenixfire wasn't shocked at all to find herself lying on the mat again,curled up in pain from the impact of the suplex.

Mystique was watching the action, trying to spot any illegal moves since it wasn't legal. Yeah, there's really nothing to say.

Lumina stands up and walks over to a turnbuckle, wanting to pull off a high risk move early on. She begins climbing the turnbuckle. Once at the top she'll wait for Phoenix to stand so she could jump off and go for a missile dropkick.

Phoenixfire had to ignore her aching spine and get to her feet as soon as possible. Her hopes of winning this were dimming and they were dimming fast. Phoenixfire had felt a brief glimmer of hope when she began to rise, noticing Lumina was walking away. Was she giving her the chance to fight back? The answer came as resounding no when Phoenix found herself being catapulted back to the mat from the missile dropkick.

It took Lumina a second to rise back to her feet after connecting with the dropkick from the turnbuckle. After the beating she had given Phoenix, Lumina figures she could pick up a win and promptly moves over towards Phoenix's down body. Lumina goes for a pin attempt.

Phoenix gritted her teeth and fought against the aches and pains to lift her shoulder from the mat. There had to be a way to redeem herself in this match before it was too late.

Lumina stands up and figures it was too early for the pin. She tries pulling Phoenix to her feet to try to whip her into a turnbuckle.

Phoenixfire tried to create as little of a struggle as she could after being raised to her feet. It was time to work through the pain to get an offensive going, however small it was. But it wasn't enough to keep her from being thrown into the nearest turnbuckle. Phoenix slumped down to the bottom turnbuckle with her hand holding her aching shoulder.

Lumina makes her way to Phoenix to try to pick her up to her feet again so she could try and lift her up and place her on the top turnbuckle.

Phoenix found herself being lifted again and being positioned on the top turnbuckle. Not again,she thought to herself. When would this end? When would she have a chance to fight back with all that she had? After finding herself sitting on the turnbuckle, Phoenix began to try kicking back at Lumina for all that it was worth.

Lumina begins to climb up the turnbuckle when she was kicked in the chest. She drops back down on her feet and steps back holding her chest.

Top rope maneuvers were not illegal, but staying too long on it, on the other side, could cause trouble. Mystique started the slow count so Phoenix sees she don't have much time on it.

Phoenix acknowledged the count of the guest referee with a quick nod before gently sliding herself off the turnbuckle. She faced Lumina with a look of determination in her eyes as she waited for Lumina to approach her. If she had a chance, Phoenix would try to go against her aching arms and attempt a sharp uppercut.
