The Cuchillo are Arrancars that are stronger than the Espada. They were introduced to the guild by Renji before but never pushed through since the guild lacked inactive members. I do think that it'd be perfect to have them in the guild now. 3nodding
On the Vizards... maybe Kitsu can make something that has a similar effect as the Hougyoku or something. That is if we can still squeeze the Vizards in the storyline. xP

Perhaps we can make the Vizards as 'mercenaries' or something like that.
The Cuchillo could probably be introduced once we have a complete set of Espada, then we can promote some of them, so that we won't end up with too much of an Cuchillo-Espada imbalance... that is unless we already have a full set of Espada. xd
