Sounds interesting. Whom though will determine the points for each captain? Will that be something done by the captain? Perhaps I'll wait until you have your idea fully presented until I ask questions ^^;

XziqueX @ Shinzo: Something like the Central 46 or Zero Squad would be nice. But what special duties would they be doing? Protecting the "King" that doesn't seem to exist?
@ Dante: Those web chart things that have the certain person's skill points in it? I was supposed to introduce something similar to that before but I thought it would be a little complicated [the way I was planning it], so I let it go. If you can pull it off without making it complicated though, I don't see why not. :3
And yes, something like Squad zero.

So they don't really do anything in particular? Well that sounds kinda boring... unless they do something else.

They do most observing things.
The Royal Gaurds are the most observant and wise of captains.
While Captains maintain squads, Royal Guards watch the guild and all of it's members.
Plus, they play a HUGE role in RPs alot.
We could make it to where they all have different roles.
Like one sending PMs to remind the captains of events or to send out a message maybe.
I don't know. As said before, this is neither the time nor place to discuss such things.

I'll just say that if their role is really only to do non role play things (If that is what you are saying anyways) Then I don't think we need to create a whole sub-forum or anything of that sort (Not saying you said that) I'm not to clear on this idea however.

That really is such a huge task. It's already a pain handling your squad but the whole guild?! Wow, just wow.
Speaking of Zenkai, are we still having that here? Goro allowed my character to have it before in Coral Star but I guess it isn't effective here anymore if we're gonna have the Royal Guards thing.

Role playing yes I don't think we need a select group who watches over the whole guild, that's kinda allot to do, role playing and taking care of everyone. I'm sorry if I'm not quite understanding this I'm just in such a bad ******** mood right now that I'd like to boot ******** someone until they are dead.

I'd like to bring up the point that a few of our crew seem to be forgetting that they are required to post in the crew forum and make sure to give their opinions and support on different subjects, perhaps we should remind them?

I'd like to bring up the point that a few of our crew seem to be forgetting that they are required to post in the crew forum and make sure to give their opinions and support on different subjects, perhaps we should remind them? Yes, but perhaps they merely have nothing to say. Either way I agree, a good reminder could prove very effective. (Edit) I notice that some of the members who posted their profiles have yet to become active, we should probably remind them as well while we're at it.

They're probably waiting for some squads to get a captain so that they can join. The divisions they like might be empty and all which makes them inactive. That's why we should really look for members with potential to be captain so that we can fasten the pace here.
I do agree that the other crew members should be sent a PM.

Like how Bankai is higher then Shikai, Zenkai is higher then Bankai.
Also, I'm not sure if anyone could fully understand because having Royal Guards at the time couldn't work. XD I mean we don't eve have enough captain yet. Royal Guard was just a suggestion status I made showing what ideas I had. Pretty much, Royal Guard is really easy. Considering captains have to maintain ALL members and not just their squad and Royal Guards kick back and relax while checking up on the members every so-so often.
But it's alright Renji, the idea is very confusing and needs MUCH discussing but not at this time. XD
And yes, Kyoka, We need captains to post here. It is there duty. But then again, I think others speak for them on topics which is why they don't post.
We might as well shake them up and remind them that we don't know what they are thinking. XD
