She relaxed a little more, poking Cair softly in the ribs, "Before any of that, however, there's the matter of finding someone..." She went to pick up one of Cair's swords and slipped, cutting herself and wincing slightly, "So should you, but you might not want to- oww."

"There's plenty of nice people out there, you might want to be careful with...." She ran off for a first aid kit and came back with gause, "Here, let me see that" she cleaned the cut carefully and wrapped it up

Angie flushed a dark red, " I haven't really met anyone..." She moved her injured paw with her gaze on Cair, quickly closing her eyes when she only seemed to get brighter in color.

"I know what you mean, its hard to find people who won't judge you without meeting you first" She gently patted the dressing on Angie's paw, "Just keep that covered up, it'll heal fairly quickly, its a clean cut"

Angie smiled softly, "I wouldn't mind meeting someone like you... who won't hover over me like I'm a deformed cow when I say I'm blind, or pity me..." She looked down at her dressed paw, "Thanks..." She hadn't really thought of what she'd said until afterwards, her face refusing to take it's normal color.

Cairtina smiled back at her, "Yes, its nice to talk to someone who doesn't either run away or look at me like I'm nuts just because I like my swords. Being treated like that makes me just want to chase everyone away"

Angie frowned slightly, "I don't think you're nuts.... you just happen to like your swords as much as I like knitting. If they choose to see with their eyes, they'll never see how nice you are at heart."

Cairtina looked down at her pile of blades, blushing a little, but unsure why "Most people think a girl should be doing girly things instead of getting callsus and scars on dangerous things like swords, they don't want to see anymore than that."

Angie smiled softly, waving a paw, "Well then, most people are wrong... I wouldn't want you any different than you are now." She patted Cair lightly on the shoulder and added, "...Besides, I do enough girly stuff to cover for both of us, so they can't complain."

"Thats ok, would you like to see some of the sheaths I've carved out for my blades?" she pulled a few intricately carved wooden sheathed swords from the edge of the pile

She nodded lightly and brushed the length of a sheath with a paw, feeling the grooves in the wood with a smile, "You made them?" He hand brushed against Cair's and she flushed lightly, not wanting to pull away as she might seem rude.

Cairtina smiled when Angie's paw touched hers "Yes, I think that a thing of beauty like a blade deserves to be shrouded in further beauty" she pulled a sword in a redwood sheath with a large tree carved into the wood "this one is my favorite"
