Well, see. This is where I have to disagree with you. While I don't like Sakura when she's all bitchy and then all emotional, I don't like who she is when she's around Sasuke. I guess that would mean that I don't like Sakura at all. I mean, I like her, but I really don't sometimes. I hate how she becomes to weak around Sasuke. Personally, I think Sasuke brings out the worst in her. I'd prefer to see her around Naruto, even though she is equally as annoying.
I guess I can't say I hate her around Sasuke. I do notice that she changes, and not always for the worst. While she is a much weaker individual, she is also much stronger in his presence. She is strong for his sake, while weak for her own. She is weak in the sense that she still is wrapped up in him. I feel like her romantic feelings for him should have died a long time ago, maybe not died, but at least hid themselves away. I like that she actually becomes strong around him, because she knows she has to be if she wants him to come back. He weeping for him won't pull at his heart strings like we all wish it did. I think that she needs a backbone to retrieve him, and I think she knows that.
I actually really like whats happening in the manga right now. I like that they are split up right now. My favorite aspect of Naruto is the bond between Sasuke and Naruto. I love the display of Naruto's drive to save his friend. I think that possibly more than SasuSaku, SasuNau would be my OTP. I would say that NaruSakuSasu is not my OT3, because I don't like what Naruto and Sakura share. I like what they both share with Sasuke.
In short: I love the pain Sakura endures for the sake of her love for Sasuke, and I love how he hurts her by staying away on his own business. I also love that Naruto is so passionate and loyal to Sasuke. I love the feelings she has for him, and I adore the bond Sasuke denies they share. I also adore that he denies they share it.
I think this would explain why Sasuke is my favorite character. Because he is almost like God in my eyes. lol He is the only one that can get away with hurting so many, and still being so cool. I can't find another way to word it, or I would. lol
And yes, Sai is ridiculously adorable. XD

I wouldn't have any problems if Sakura no longer loved Sasuke at this point. It's not unreasonable to think so. She hasn't had any romantic thoughts about Sasuke during part 2, and Sasuke has just been gone so long, that I'd be more surprised if Sakura (lol I almost typed Saskura. wtf their names are too similar) was still in love with him.
It doesn't mean she has to be in love with Naruto now, and it doesn't mean she can't fall back in love. But I dunno... and I don't even know where I was going with this. xD
You make a point about her only being strong for others(like Sasuke) instead of herself. That was the problem in part 1 she had to overcome. And she did, but it looks like she needs to re learn it. I think, in being strong for Sasuke (and Naruto) she learned how to be strong for herself. But Naruto tends to baby her, so she's lost herself in that. Sasuke doesn't baby her, and he shows her she has a role to play, too. So I do think Sasuke does makes her stronger for herself, too. But without Sasuke, she's become weaker.
So yeah, I get what you're saying. She's too dependent on others. Not so much in strength, but in mind. She does see she needs to become stronger, but I guess she doesn't realize she needs to become strong for herself before she can be strong for others.
It's like, Sasuke's the drug that helps her, but she's become addicted to it. :/
I think I lost the train of thought somewhere.

lol Its completely understandable that you lost yourself somewhere in there. I know I did while I was typing my last post. I was really hoping that in the end I didn't sound like a babbling lunatic with no point to what she was saying.
You very much are right. She would become weaker without Sasuke, and Naruto does entirely baby her. I actually spent some time in the NaruSaku time skip guild today, and not to sound two faced to my second love (more like third to NaruIno lol), but I'd have to say that I prefer Sasuke's presence over Naruto's in Sakura's love life. I noticed something that everyone repeated in the guild. They all spoke of how NaruSaku was a tub of fluff. It's entirely too sweet and gooey for my tastes. This only serves as proof that Naruto babys Sakura, and that she is very much spoiled by him. Even in what the fans see them as is a tell that they do much damage to each other.
Sakura is very dependent upon others. But I personally don't think it's anything she can fix. It's just in her personality to be like that, shes damned to be the weakest link for rest of her life. There are few people that can actually give her strength. Sasuke is one of them, he gives her strength because its the only way she will ever be able to have him. Naruto gives her strength as well, but in an entirely different way. He gives it to her, she gives her assurance.
In short, Sasuke gives her a challenge, and Naruto gives her something to fall back on. So if you think about it, Team Seven needs each other, or rather, Sakura needs Naruto and Sasuke alike. I would go as far as to say that both Sasuke and Naruto are like drugs she is addicted to. Which would explain why I don't seem to value the relationship between Naruto and Sakura. I basically just see it as the only way out. It's what is true, and in my mind what will happen. But as you can see, I'd much prefer that it didn't. Sadly, I have never, and probably will never see SasuSaku as a probable canon couple in the end (not that I think anything will become canon).
As I've said a million and four times before, I savor SasuSaku for what they are, and not what most want them to be (or don't want them to be). I guess I am doomed to repeat myself eternally. lol

absolutely not. first of all, sakura's far to strong for that now, and secondly, if sasuke marries anyone, he won't just do it to use them.

I'm sure Sasuke wouldn't do that to Sakura. She's one of his "Precious People".
If he were to marry Sakura for just THAT intention then he would probably fall in love with her eventually along the road.
BUT no. I highly doubt he would.

Thanks for telling me Kitty! In that case then I hope Sasuke would never do something like that 0_0; I feel he's a good guy in a bad situation being led and influenced by bad people. If he was around good people he would make better choices. Isnt that why he left Konoha in the first place? Because he was caring more about protecting his team then about gearing up for his revenge? Sasuke is a bit impressionable, it's a personality flaw of his, but his friends can use that to their advantage too, and turn him back into the caring persona he was when he was with team 7. He would treat Sakura with respect after being around her long enough and seeing that she was a good persona who cared about him genuinely and expected her husband to do the same *cough*blatant SasuSaku plug*cough*

okay i should probably post this somewhere else buuut, this was a response to WILL SASUSAKU HAPPEN? in some forum not on gaia: I found this on the internet; it's not mine...Awesome Person It's debateable, but I myself am a sasusaku fan and support it, probably even after Naruto ends no matter what the outcome is. But, SasuNaru and SakuNaru and SasuSaku have been debating in chatroom/forums/videos/ect. SasuSaku was very, very, very possable when Sasuke was still in Konoha. Everyone watched as Sasuke slowly developed romantic feelings for Sakura without realizing them. Sasuke misunderstood the feelings, and thought they were making them weaker ignoring the strong points it gave them. He left because he was getting too close to Naruto and Sakura. But, you can easily shoot down SasuNaru and SakuNaru, but SasuSaku is very hard. But the term 'rabid yaoi fangirls' is very strong. You can easily shoot down SasuNaru down, because Kishimoto drew them to be bestfriends, brothers, and rivals. No where along the line in romance, that accidental kiss in episode 3 was supposed to be for comedy, it's unlikely a relationship can form off that. It is quite obvious Kishimoto wants HinaNaru, so their is no point in SakuNaru. Sure, Sakura is beginning to respect Naruto more and did agree to go out with him, but theirs still a part of Sakura that still loves Sasuke, it is shown many times in the anime. Check out one of the endings in Naruto [[sorry forgot what which one]] it shows Sakura dreaming about a human covered in sparkles reaching his hand out toward Sakura and he is in the shape of Sasuke. Kishimoto would've had Hinata stop liking Naruto if he didn't want something to happen between them. Kishimoto has written Hinata and Sakura as the heroine for Sasuke and Naruto, two girls that loved them no matter what and forever. They both just don't realize what they have. Poor girls. And the Karin and Sasuke pairing is just based off people who want hentai in the anime because the only feelings Karin has for Sasuke are sexual ones. Sasuke only uses her so when he gets hurt he could bite her arm and drain her energy to save himself. Kishimoto said in an interview that he is going to start writing more on:Kakashi, Sakura, Sasuke, and romance. So it's all up to him, we just have to wait, three more seasons of Naruto left or less I don't remember. Hope this was insightful! I love this post. Plus, I did some kishimoto-spoiler digging, and apparently that last bit is 100% true : )

FINALLY!!!!!!lol no not necessarily XD just more on the relationship of everyone~ this probably meaning the whole 'naruto i love you oh jk' thing, considering that interview was like...before the pein vs. naruto arc XD but it did say something about 2010, so idk XD but i'm just saying, the relationship is probably not going to have anything to do with kakashi, sorry to say lol.
