The two made a quick run to the weapon store, "Travelers, eh? And leaf ninja as well. An honor." The old man handed Jeiden a bag full of kunai and shurikens. "Thanks old man!" Jeiden called happily at him. He had never really been traveling like this before, it felt nice to experience other places.

"Do you think any there are any Ninja who'll give me a quick sparring match?" Jeiden asked rather stupidly while examining one of his new Kunai. Kaiden looked amused for a moment, "I'm not sure, this place is one of the lower Shinobi countries. So don't get your hopes up...but we may find an interesting seed or two."

"For your training., you will be doing the basic no hands tree climbing.." Jeiden made a quick scoffing noise, he had done this before, and he mastered it within a day. "Don't knock it so quickly, you aren't allowed to use your own chakra, use your limit's power...and for everytime you use your own chakra, or don't make it to the top of the tree, I'm going to..." He pulled out what looked like a copy of Come Come Paradise. "...Rip a page out!"

"Gah! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Jeiden screamed, that was one of his most prized possessions. Kaiden gave a toothy grin, "You do realize that it's kind of pathetic for you to carry this thing around, don't you? You're still a kid...go get with some real females..."

RIP! Out came the first page. Kaiden threw it to the wind. "BUT I HAVEN'T EVEN TRIED USING THE CHAKRA YET!" Jeiden protested, Kaiden continued to grin, "Even so, you're just sitting there, get to work, now." Jeiden quickly scrunched his face up in concentration, he really didn't want his book harmed anymore.

He slowly brought some chakra to the surface, RIP. "INCORRECT!" Barked Kaiden. All the color in Jeiden's face seemed to leave it. "STOP IT YOU b*****d!" RIP, out came another page. "I'm going to run out of pages soon...maybe I should find something else to motivate you..." Kaiden pulled out a small box of toothpicks, "Why do you carry these around? Think it makes you look like a smoker? Most women don't like smokers anyways..."

"You sick b*****d..." Jeiden muttered under his breath.

((Grrrr...he'll find a way...somehow...or you could just kidnap Sakura and bring her here, THEN IT'LL BE HERO TIME. sweatdrop ))

RIP, RIP, RIP! Page after page came out as failure after failure happened. After about an hour of attempts, Kaiden tore the cover of the book in two, then threw it at Jeiden's feet. "Well we'll have to pick this up tomorrow..." Jeiden picked up the remains of his poor book and sighed, "Let me have one more try at it..."

He held up both his hands, "God dammit awaken already, I've got nothing to lose now, at least let me get it after all this effort..." As if it heard his words, something felt like it clicked, and Jeiden soon had chakra pouring out of him, the familar blood red aura surrounded him. He quickly focused his chakra, then sprinted at the tree.

His feet attatched to the tree's enormous trunk and Jeiden was soon running at full speed up the tree's trunk. Kaiden looked amazed, "After one day...he's mastered the first stage of his power...but....at this pace...he may unlock stage two before he's ready.." His thoughts were interrupted by Jeiden's loud voice calling from above, "HEY! YOU OWE ME A NEW BOOK a*****e!"

((Jeiden can sneak in on his own, I don't think Kaiden would degrade himself like that. xd ))

When Jeiden climbed down his brother gave him a slap on the back, "Not bad, if you continue to grow at this rate, you'll easily become a Chuunin..." Jeiden grinned, Kaiden was becoming more and more like a brother to him.

But still...Jeiden couldn't help but miss Konoha, his old life seemed to be calling to him, But I can show them how strong I've become when I return! He reassured himself. "Hey! Are you coming! I got us a couple of rooms at an inn, come on." Jeiden returned for reality, "Err, Yeah coming!"
