Reading about people doing Romeo and Juliet brings back strange memories... I was a narrator in Romeo and Juliet (no line memorization!) The Lamb in Charlotte's Web (gosh, my costume was hot as HECK) Alberta Seymour in Nothing But the Truth (never heard of it? That's ok, it was a fail because so few people knew about it...) And this year I'm a chorus person in Bye Bye Birdie! A month from today is our opening night, so it's odd that I found this thread today...

In chronological order: Pinoccio (non musical)- donkey child Annie (musical)- maid Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (non musical)- Oompa Loompa/ squirrel Peter Pan (non musical version)- crying Indian child Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (non musical) (again, lol)- Grandma Georgina Charlotte's Web (non musical)- Fern Oklahoma (musical)- Beatrix (Laurie's friend) Fiddler on the Roof (musical)- Sprintze Pirates of Penzance (muscial)- pirate Seussical the Musical (musical, duh)- Cat in the Hat (most fun role so far XD) The Importance of Being Earnest (non musical)- Lady Bracknell (that was freaking fun too, also most recent)
Right now I'm rehearsing a production of "Oliver!" with a local theater, and I'm cast as the Artful Dodger ( and i'm a girl!! =D) I absolutely adore playing pants roles. Theater RULEZZZZ!!!!!!!!!!
Behehe, and as you can see, in general the roles became larger and larger as time went on; so experience is always a good thing wink
