I think that Kuwabara is so underapreciated. I mean he his levels up without having Genaki hovering over him or having years and years of experience. He's always willing to sacrifice for his teamates, even Hiei. He lives by his code, who else on the team can you say that for. He's so carismatic he's got followers on the show (his three friends and I count Miterai also. ) and his powers have such potental which is sadly underated. And as for him being dumb, don't belive it. Kazuma might be dense but when he applies his brain..watch out.
And his Japanese voice, perfect for a boy going through puberty 3nodding

Kuwabara has more then potental if you think about it...by the end of the serise he is the best HUMAN fighter sure yuske, Heie and Kurama could still probobly whop him up but their demons ...plus he would put up one hell of a fight. AND HES SELF TRAINED! he didnt get help from ne body ...he got his spirit awareness from birth and his fighting abilitys from years of beating down punks on the street.plus the fact that kuwabaras ultimate skill is the power of love ( well i think its better then his legendary sword thingy...) is just awsome! KUWABARAS AWSOME!!!

You're absolutely right. Given his utter lack of proper training and purely human blood, Kazuma is incredibly skilled. He deserves much more credit than is given to him, I'd say.

Kuwabara is easily my favorite character. Hes got a heart of gold, and hes so underestimated but hes more powerful than believed to be

I love Kuwabara. (He's not my bishie D: Yusuke is!!) He has a great character that's been disquised by his looks. He's a loyal friend, and goes to the aid of the ones who need him. Even though he's not... knowledgable in the beginning, at the end, I say he's an intellegent man. Not as intellegent as Kurama, but, hey, he's going to college! (I think it was) And I say, for someone to go from a 6% (Was it 6?) to successfully go to college, I root 'em on.

I agree with you completely. Half the YuYu fans give Kuwabara no respect. In truth, even I was surprised when Kazuma was the one able to cut the Kekkai(sp?) barrier, but hey. You gotta hand it to him, you know?
And besides, haven't you seen the last episode? He becomes a ladies' man. And Kurama becomes a lady (But that's not the point...)
And so, props to Kazu.
