TrueFunkSoldier I think the most stupid questions white people asked me was :
1. Do black women wear makeup?
2. Can black people get acne?
The sad part is, these people were serious eek . [Say wha-?
I always have to wonder if half the population is hiding under a rock or lives with their collective head up their a** sometimes...
On another note, I find it interesting what other nationalities think about each other. I talk to all kinds of people on the phone daily. Most of them can't tell by the way I talk that I'm not white. So I get to hear, "...this colored man" this and "that hispanic lady" that all the time. And don't let these old white ladies get started on brown people who they can tell aren't black, and asians....good God.... I can only imagine what they say around the dinner table if they are spewing this s**t to a stranger they can't even see... stressed ]

But then again, I dont really talk to people. sweatdrop [That doesn't seem to work for people who purposely don't talk to a lot of other people. xp I've know people who get random questions anyway, dispite the fact that they aren't saying anything. So long as you don't appear hostile, you'll probably get a question like that at least once. xd ]

It means that even though I go to very diverse school I have never recieved any ignorant questions like "why do all black people eat fried chicken."
