Like most people say I like it if its written well. Of course that could apply to most stories.
I don't mind if Naruto or Sasuke gets pregnant. Naruto would be the better "mom" but Sasuke is just pure funny. I think it would give him a good chance to be with the kid instead of running away.
Of of the annoying parts of M-preg is the kids. xd I like them but sometimes the story focuses on them or it just seems out of character. Perhaps its just me.

It really just depends on the ff with me. But if sasuke gets pregnant then that totally is just to weird for me i can barely stomach full out plot stories with narusasu (but i like some narusasu one shots) I prefer sasunaru or sasunarusasu where they kinda just switch every now and then. But some stories just make m preg weird. Like one fic i read naru had a period...ok ew right? But another story that had him get prego was really well put. Now it creeps me out if naru keeps getting pregnant, like another ff i got bored with and stopped reading but my friend would keep me updated with it, everytime she told me about something new about it naru would be having another kid he had like 5 kids in it (m preg, not adopt and not at the same time) As for adopting i like it. An ff im currently reading its au and haku (hes a girl in it) dies along with zabuza after they had a lil girl just born and with no family the adoption agency contacts their closes friends naru and sasu and sasuke becomes all fatherly and falls in love with the little thing after its a really cute ff because just the way sasuke acts and the author doesnt over do any of it. So really it just depends on everything.
