Armagio Valtieri an animated movie is supposedly being made ((not the fake live-action. that's a joke)) really? that's totally awesome if they'll make a movie xd

Sora18351 I don't really know if he's dead, but the staffs or something like that said that he's dead because he had to die for reasons like what people are saying on my thread and that he had to die for using geass. But that's "there" opinion the viewers can have any opinion they want about it until/unless there's an R3. I read something that a R3 was coming. Is it truth? Only God know... For me, he is dead.

Ok, ppl, for the last time, LELOUCH IS DEAD. He sacrificed himself for the good of humanity. The Lelouch that CC is talking to at the end of R2 - 25 is most likely the memory of Lelouch in C's world. IF anyone's immortal, its Suzaku. Who knows how long the "live on" geass will continue to affect him...
Oh, thats another thing I wanted to bring up. How long will Suzaku actually live with Lelouch's Geass on him? Pretty much, Lelouch's Geass lasts until the affected person dies (unless you have a Geass Canceller like Jeremiah), but its been proven that Geass will not work if the person is physically incapable of performing the order. Remember Shirley? Lelouch did the same thing to keep her from dying, but she was already so mortally injured that it didn't work. All the "live on" Geass does is force Suzaku to always make the decision to save his own life. What will happen when Suzaku reaches the end of his natural lifespan? Open for debate.

I believe he is alive because didn't he get the geass from his father that dosen't let the user die? But I agree that its really up to the viewer on what Lelouch's fate was...

Geass changes the persons will, it can't save them, so yeah, Suzaku will still die eventually. As for Lelouch, he may still be alive, he could have took C.C's code, this was their contract and I doubt C.C would let him get away with paying up. Besides, C.C says at the end "I told you the Geass would condem you to a life of solitude, perhaps I was mistaken, right Lelouch?" I do not personally understand any other context for this, aside from it possibly meaning C.C and Lelouch were to live together in secret.

I was Watching Amvs Of CodeGeass and i saw something about that he never Died..... i havent seen the ep but i saw a clip of the last Ep if you people dont know him killing his father made him immortal well atleast from what clips i saw.

I want Lelouch to really be alive, but Code Geass will be a much more meaningful anime if he did die. Think about it- "Lelouch sacrifices his life in order to create a new, peaceful world and atone for his sins" sounds way more noble of him than "pretending to die in order to bring to create a new world."
When I think of the ending, I think of all Lelouch had to give up, how unfair the world was to him, and how EPIC his legacy was. Besides, if Lelouch is alive, he would have to live his whole eternal life in hiding and C.C. would eventually pass away and leave him alone...... which will just make Code Geass even more sad....

Isn't that the same thing? No, because a spin-off wouldnt include Lelouche, it would be an entirely different story. Like .hack//ROOTS not being the same story as .hack//SIGN for example.

Amulet-Spade-girl I don't think or believe that Lelouch dies because C.C. was talking to him. Yeah, I don't think that he died either. He probaby did what his mother Lady Marion did.
