Tendaji smiled and offered the tooth to the small red wild dog, "Yeah sure, I would make a necklace out of it for ya but I don't have anything that would work, at least not on me." He said while he thought of the small pile of things back at the temporary den, things like strips of leather and the like. If only I had brought a thong I could have made Quidel something. He thought, already thinking of what he would have done. Lets see I would have use a simple thong to secure the 'tooth' and maybe add two beads, dark tho to work with the darkish coloring of the 'tooth'.
Ten was about to ask if Quidel would wait a few moments while he went back to get a leather thong when he heard something over the savanna. With his ears perked up he could hear someone calling him, and they didn't sound all that happy. "Uh Oh! It sounds like I've been found out. I got to go before I get in even more trouble." Tendaji handed the old tooth to Quidel and started to run towards the voice that, even now was getting louder as irritation infused the voice. He wasn't far when he stopped suddenly and called out over his shoulder, "It was nice meeting you Quidel."

Quidel watched Tendaji when he was talking about making a necklace for the tooth and wiggeld his tail as he watched both the lion and the tooth..
Then Quidel heard someone calling for Tendaji as well so if he went back home maybe it should have been good for him to go back as well. He took the tooth when Tendaji gave it to him and watched the lion run towards who ever was calling him..
" It was nice meeting you too...and thanks for the present "
The pup was really happy he had never gotten anything this nice before and at the same time he had met a lion that was just awsome. The wild dog watched the lion leave and when he couldn't see him anymore he decided it was time for him to go back as well.
