^^;; As there is already a Sailor Sun, Hoshi's past is somewhat ruined, but no bother, I shall have to simply adopt and adapt (perhaps not improve, as Hoshi was already good as he was). Nonetheless, here we go:

Name: Hino Hoshi (while the name sounds the same, Hoshi's surname uses a different Kanji "Hi" than Rei's)
Senshi/Villain senshi: Good ol' Senshi
Age: Fairly young, think Chibiusa's age
Gender: Male
Appearance(Description if not picture): Hoshi is a cute little thing, with his dark blue hair and lighter blue eyes, that often shine with excitement. His hair grows in bangs, complete with bangs to the side that reach his shoulders, whilst being shorter to the back. Being still a child, Hoshi is quite short and small, which leads to his physical weakness as a Senshi. This leads him into lots of trouble, as he often gets picked on as the weakest, and therefore, the easiest Senshi to target. Should we need a picture for clearer reference,

Transformations: In regards to becoming a Senshi, he gains a princely look. This includes yellow breeches, like those of the Shakespearean era, and a yellow shirt with similarly puffy sleeves, poking out from a dark blue waistcoat, as well as a night sky coloured cape, complete with twinkly little stars thereon. As his Senshi name, Hoshi is never too sure what to call himself, as he never fully knows what he can say he is in charge of. At first, he calls himself "Sailor Ryuusei", in the heat of the moment. He then later on calls himself "Sailor Sun", before realising that there already IS a Sailor Sun. Finally, when he discovers that he has things in common with Mamoru, he starts to look up to him as an idol, and even makes an alter ego of "Tuxedo Chibi Kamen", complete with to-scale tuxedo and domino mask. Other than that, he often goes by the name of his past self, Prince Apollo, of the Stars.
Attacks: As his basic power, the young Prince Apollo has the ability to control the stars and light thereof. He is able, at times, to manipulate the form of the light, and this accounts for the ability to form the heart shaped bubbles.
- Healing Heart Star: The stars take form as pink bubbles in the shape of hearts, which engulf the person it is used on, and gradually heal cuts or bruises, and if concentrated well enough, mental traumas. However, mental injuries are usually more suited for the ladies of the Moon to deal with. Hoshi tends to take care of the physical stuff.
- Heart Shield: Again, the heart bubbles come out. However, this one hardens, into a flat heart-shaped shield, or can engulf the person it is used on, and harden if need be.
- Starlight Stream: With or without a flourish, Prince Apollo can conjure a stream of stars to attack. In an attack montage, this would usually come from twirling on the spot, on one foot, one arm in the air, whilst some of the stars off of his cape detach and gather, swirling around Hoshi, before Hoshi swings his arm towards the opponent, the stream of stars flowing towards them.
Equipment: None to really speak of.
Love Interest(An Own Character can become one): At first, Hoshi isn't really aware of "love", so to speak, but gains a crush on Chibiusa. Whether or not she reciprocates is a different matter.
Past{If you know it}: Life as a Prince, Prince of the Stars, was quite fun, for Hoshi, or Prince Apollo as he was known then. Getting to stay with the Moon's royal family, getting to join all the festivities, since his home, the Sun, would have been too hot to live on. Therefore, he had no idea what had hit him, when the destruction of the Moon Kingdom arrived. Too many casualties in one sitting, the poor boy couldn't help all of them. And what with the little Prince being too small and weak to fully defend himself against the wrath of the Dark Kingdom, he was also destined to be reborn on Earth. Of course, with him being the youngest, he was reborn much later than the others. Now, in his life on Earth, little Hoshi is a schoolboy. Like his former life, Hoshi is quite smart, academically, although he can be quite childish, ditzy and naive otherwise. Hoshi's interests in the real world point a lot to his powers. First off, he wants to become a doctor when he's older. His intellect seems to point towards this being able to happen. However, while he's academically quite smart, at socialising, he can be all thumbs. He can become quite shy about new people, although he's very warm to those he likes. This shyness may stem from a lack of loving home. Instead, his parents are the sort who feel that children should be seen and not heard, and hardly have anything to do with him, yet still will punish him if he does wrong. Therefore, this leaves Hoshi with a fear of getting it wrong. However, his warm side comes out if he feels like he's actually being loved. He is one of the weaker Senshi, and thus the one most likely to be targeted first, easy to scare, because of his age, as well as being the potential healer of the Senshi, so if he gets taken out, the Senshi can't depend on him to heal them; tends to hang around the older of the Senshi, looking up to them as motherly figures. Furthermore, he sees the younger Senshi, the ones more around his age, as potential playmates and friends, and will often team up with them if he's not needed for side-line healing with the other Senshi. Hoshi also has a somewhat cute habit of seeing his friends like family, and sometimes refers to them as such. For instance, he'll sometimes call Usagi "Usagi-nee-san". Despite his what he sees as his inability to socialise with people, Hoshi is actually very perceptive, and can emote with many, which is something that raises his value, as he is able to side with many and able to bring in the best of both sides in something.
Any additional info: Hoshi is something of a walking malapropism. He tends to get words muddled up, including phrases like "Please forget me" instead of "Please forgive me", or when he doesn't understand something, he'll say "Hoshi-chan doesn't copper-hand", instead of "comprehend". Later on, he also gets a kitten of his own, called Sol.
