The dark figured walked in a slow pace into the County of Lightning, as if the personification of death. Black robed moving through the thick mist, giving a cold chill as the dark figure passed them. An evil presence would seem fit to say what they felt as they laid eyes on the figure, though never knowing who or what it was. Heading for the Village Hidden in the Clouds -- another source of fear for those who lived in the country and outside of the gates.

(Orochimaru)

Shiga was just barely agile enough to rear-step the slashes. With a single hand signal (bird) his body was immediately carried away in a snap of lightening, completely out of sight.

The Kumogakure ninja identified the instantaneous technique. They looked toward the heart of the chamber room.

"Bakuhatsu Kyuuden No Jutsu." Oturan, who was spotted a good ways from his two targets, placed a hand flatly against the floor. As he withdrew his palm, electricity darted between it and the ground. This conjure of lightening summoned a gathering of voltage spheres. They shot out from the electric field and en route for the Kumo Shinobi.

One slightly cursed to himself and like his partner, they capered from the assault. The spheres didn't deteriorate just yet. The electric balls swerved away from the wall they were near to striking and tailed the enemy Shinobis' locations. They noticed the attack coming once more and leapt away. The Cloud protectors survived to notice thin gleaming cords that connected the spheres to Shiga's hands. Chakra strings.

They knew there was little time left for the attack, both the Kumo ninja and Shiga.

Oturan drew the spheres back and swung them in a spiral pattern around his presence. He was obviously preparing to launch them back out with increased force.

Within the confines of the building an Amatsu Raiu member prepared 'Raikou Matsuden no Jutsu', the Lightning Sheet Skill, against a pair of Chuunin and a single Jounin. The Raiu Shinobi slapped his hands against the floor. Out from his sleeves appeared chakra in the form of electric bolts and skittered toward and across the ground. The Jounin reacted quickly by assembling a magnetic field to protect him and his two comrades. The wave of voltage from the Raiu ninja was instantly absorbed by the shield. With the task accomplished the wall of energy sparked out of existence.

Before the Amatsu member could act in response effectively, a catapult of many Thunder Shuriken punctured his open back. The projectiles were physically similar to customary shuriken, only these were entirely made of electrical, golden chakra, so the weapons' flight paths could be altered. The invading ninja fell to the ground and would be forever motionless.

The attack was executed by a Chuunin duo who had slinked behind without a single clatter. The two Kumogakure groups would rightfully gather together for safety precautions. They would boldly join the other Cloud soldiers against the threat handed to them.

The disturbance and defense delivered by the Cloud Shinobi erupted in all areas of the legislative building. Lightning against lightning caused minor static explosions throughout the corridors and central rooms. Although the wide-spread fights were unsettling the interior of the structure, being capable of noticing the battle from the outside was almost out of the question. The conflict had yet to become devastating.

:Moderator Edit:

A boy in tan and black tathered clothes dashes in and out of the rooms in search of something. "Crap, if I lost it my butt is toast!" He says as he continues to search for this object.

As he is leaving the room he was just in, he notices a figure in a dark cloak. 'Maybe he knows where the right room is,' he thinks to himself.

:Mod Edit:

Yuujin blocks his eyes as the door down the hall explodes and shoots debris everywhere. "Crap!" He says as he dashes to the massive room. He peers inside to see Orochimaru and the Kage, "I have to help the Kage. Akuma's trinket will have to wait." His eyes drain of color and the wind starts to pick up. He makes four movements to Orochimaru looking like he was choping at the air, but four blades made of condensed air start to cut towards the snake ninja Orochimaru.

((Are you looking for a death wish? XD))

(Orochimaru)

It was as the attack was issued when Orochimaru noticed the boy. He leapt backwards a small ways from where was originally holding his position. He regained a straight posture. The transparent bulks of air were eluded without problems; the wind blades soared before him and continued toward the stormy sky, ultimately dispersing into nothing.

He turned an eye to the newcomer, reflecting a small sense of irritation.

"Away from us, boy." Makaze had also set his gaze upon the stranger. "This isn't your battle."

((I'm not trying to get rid of you. I'm just expressing Makaze's personality. He's a lone-fighter type of man.))

((Sorry, Fox. I'm going to have to continue. Got to get this business over with. XD))

(Orochimaru)

"Enough stalling." The Raikage turned to face the serpent once more.

"I concur."

The Raikage took Orochimaru's retort as a signal to begin his magnetic field. He tossed three royally dressed kunai into the air. Immediately the knives were tainted with golden chakra and formed a familiar obstruction of voltage between their formation. The field drifted as a glimmering golden box high above the Kage's location.

Orochimaru watched on patiently eying the technique from afar; the Kusanagi was longing to be worked upon Makaze's flesh as an excruciating nightmare.

The lightning field had welcomed a hulking figure climbing out from the barrier's opening. The composition of this summon was fiendish, feline-like. Its muscular body surged in embers of yellow electricity. The tiger had soon fully emerged from the field and settled boisterously next to his summoner. Its eyes were tainted in a beautiful, but daunting white glow. This artificial feline of energy transcended above the size of a traditional tiger, but it wasn't an unrealistic size. It waited tolerantly for the Kage's command.

The snake summoner had ambled to the side. He brought the blade's hilt near his head and had the point directed to Makaze. He was embraced for anything of the unusual with this position.

(Orochimaru)

Although it failed to heavily impress him, Orochimaru managed to recognize the summon. Tora.

The Tora made a move, as if taking a signal from its master through telepathy. The summon dashed to leave its master's side. It easily hurdled the gap in the roof at intriguing speeds, about fifty miles per hour. After landing noisily against the worn ground it executed a collision toward Orochimaru with the use of its electrical body. Head first it scurried en route for the target. Surges of lightning trailed off of the Tora's figure as it raced.

The serpent tensed his grip on the Kusanagi. The tiger's speed had surprised him.

During the blow there was a horrendous snarl that the Tora had produced. Before the bulky figure had the chance for a tackle, Orochimaru managed to back out of the blow in a left rearward step. A fantastic opening was given to him while the Tora was darting by. He pushed the blade into the tiger's path in a means to slice the bridge of its nose.

The hit was successful, but ineffective. The Kusanagi cut completely through and across the feline's long body. No damage. It was obvious the Tora had a transparent asset; it was completely made of electrical energy.

The voltage was magnetized to the metallic compounds of the Grass-cutter. It was when the Tora broke away from the assault that Orochimaru received the impairment. The electric-conducting blade attracted a wave of golden voltage. It visibly spiraled over the Kusanagi and dosed the serpent's arms with a burning sensation. He gnashed his teeth and parted his grip from the sword before he absorbed the rest of the current. The Grass-cutter settled against the rooftop with strands of electricity overwhelming the metal; it then ceased sparking.

Makaze retained a serious air, but a sparkle of satisfaction was seen in his eyes.

Orochimaru's forearms were plagued with immediate numbness and singe, but it wasn't critical. He would still be able to perform jutsus, but it would take time before he could grasp his sword firmly again. The Snake Summoner glanced to the Tora who was breaking its run so it could perform another charge. Hugging the edge of the roof it then continued to rush at awesome speeds. It's only a matter of time before this summon disperses.

(Orochimaru)

The snake summoner eyed the Kusanagi for a small moment. Orochimaru then thought of a strategy. He retrieved two hands-full of fresh kunai knives, each one separated between his fingers. The serpent held them readily at his sides.

The Oto leader analyzed the tiger's preceded path. Its only intention was to tackle the enemy after all. He launched the blades toward the summon, but they were shamefully missing by a long-shot. They were more or rather falling near its feet than anything else. Most were being embedded into the floor before the Tora even reached the certain area.

It won't work, Orochimaru. Makaze watched on thoughtfully. The Tora's body is impenetrable. You know that. Though he knew there must've been more to the plan than what met his eyes. Even so his kunai were missing terribly. What was the snake thinking?

A spark randomly jumped out from the tiger's fur as it ran across the roof. There was another, and another. The bolts were increasing, aiming to strike the ground. This phenomenon was seemingly unnatural, as the Tora's speed was steadily decreasing. The jagged lines of gold were becoming a keen to heavy, flickering chains, weighing the beast down and forcing its legs to falter. Its energy was separating.

The kunai are acting as magnetic conductors to attract the Tora's electrical body. The Raikage's eyes broadened at the sight of his summon's dilemma. Not only is he slowing it down, but he's dispersing its energy back into the air. A little sneer crept over Makaze's face.

The Tora roared in frustration as it fought the lightning shackles that were decelerating its assault. In the meantime Orochimaru had cluttered the roof with a horde of implanted kunai and shuriken. Wherever the tiger may go it would have to struggle against a metallic bind. The summon was still stumbling toward its enemy, in spite of this.

Orochimaru's stratagem was still being executed. He raised a thumb to his jaws and plunged a fang into his flesh, drawing blood. The snake then pushed up his left sleeve to expose a dark tattoo that twisted over his arm. He slid his thumb over the spine of the adornment, spelling a line of blood from the midsection of the limb to his wrist.

With the Kuchiyose no Jutsu Orochimaru had begun to summon his familiar spirit: a serpent. A white gust engulfed the summoner's whereabouts. Seconds later a portentous snake emerged from the smoke. It swelled in size, until it came to about seven meters in height and twenty in length. The mahogany reptile flicked its massive tongue, supporting its master on the flat of its skull. Yellow eyes stared serenely under the huge snake's armored brows.
