My suggestion would be to maybe try realistic pictures.
I used to fail horribly at anime because I didn't know much about the human anatomy.
Most anime artists can do a mixture of realism and anime in their work, but it takes a lot of practice.
You do honestly have to work on the hands and try to curve the shoulder a bit more down. To make it seem more relaxed. [I know, people have already said this, but always good to repeat it].
The shoulders is the main thing that throws it off though. I understand people have their own styles for drawing, but you're going to get some really harsh critiques about those shoulders.
Work on the shoulders and hands and that's really all I can say.
Maybe also experiment with different poses and angles in your pictures.
