Lucianus looked surprised at his mother, the shock was clear on his face. She wanted them to be more .... friendly? The cub was confused but he didnt vocalize his confusion. Maybe it was a trick and the real punishment so that they looked foolish. No, the advise added up, but it still didn't make sense for it to come from Atia. At the same time, it did make sense.
Lucianus looked to his brother with his orange eyes, still confused but nodded at what he said. "Yes, lets .. keep praticing." He eyed the rocks and then glanced back up to Atia wondering what was going on in her head. The lecture had not been what he had expected and wasn't really what he'd consider a punishment. Though, they had been shamed, it just didn't feel like enough.
"I.. don't trust this brother , we should be on our guard," Lucians voice was low and hard for even him self to hear as he whispered to his brother. Lucian's eyes traveled back to his brother for a brief moment and then to his mother and then to the rocks. He was lost and just didn't fully trust the situation. The calculations went on and on in his head.

"Man... mom can be so harsh sometimes..." Ocatavian mumbled, "He is right though brother. You're useless if no one likes you." He grinned, though he almost entirely ignored the advice she had given him. "After all, everyone likes mom." Though that was a bit of a stretch. Most of the pride was either wary of Atia, or was trying desperatly to get on her good side.
"But you're right... I wouldn't trust her. We're going to feel the brunt on this later." He sighed, then he nodded, "Oh well... more practice I guess. There isn't much more we can do." Because their mother never forgave, and she certainly never forgot.
"Let's keep going then..." He mumbled quietly, trying his best to pick himself back up after that crippling failure.
