okay that is bummer. did the younger brother had any chance to get older just stay same age being a younger kid

Yeah, for the Kowloon.
The brothers are from a special bloodline. The younger brother is actually the older brother's lover, who was reborn into a boy. Once he becomes old enough, the older one will return his power to him.

Yes, that is correct. They are a special bloodline, so she would never really die, just be reborn if killed.

For one, the boy does not remember that they were lovers. He just remember when they were brothers.
