Dreiyan looked hopeful, but doubted it. Usually the cursist removed themselves from the memory of the cursed, if they didn't it showed lack of ability, either that or they were very bold.

"Good, good. If you can get even a new detail every night then you are on a fast road to recovery. As far as curses go, it is impossible to erase memories, they are only locked away and hidden within your subconcious, with some assistance from magic." He looked out the window and into the sky, where the light of day was fading. "And in turn, magic can help undo it, although the process is a bit dicey which is why both operator and patient must have reached a certain point in their magic skills. I think you are close as far as magic goes, you need just a bit more time and then I can help you with your memories."
He smiled, knowing happiness was the appropriate emotion for this situation, although he didn't have to fake it so much anymore. He had worked on recovering himself as well.

He thought for a moment..."Depends, if it would make trouble then it is probably unfinished business and should be resolved. Whoever did this did it for a reason. Whatever the case, unlocking your memories should end up with more good than bad." He looked at his hands thoughtfully. "It's no trouble for me really, we share part of the same fate, well supposed fate I guess. Both of ours can be undone to make way for a new future. I can sympathize with you on that issue, although only in the sense of the word, I'm not quite capable of feeling that emotion yet."

"Forgive me if I confused you. I meant that our fates are similar in a sense. You have lost your past and all the meaning it held. I have lost my humanity, bound and sealed away to the planet itself." He looked at her impassively, his dark obsidian eyes seemingly carved from stone.
"But both of our problems are fixable with magic, albeit extremely difficult to locate, learn, and use magic but it's still do-able." He showed a tiny semblance of emotion by putting on a smile. He thought to himself "I wonder if they knew how I was all this time? I guess not or surely one of them would have told me how bad my acting was..."

Zair smiled a true smile this time, glad he was actually able to show happiness in this instance. "I'd appreciate that. But I don't know what can be done about it. My humanity...my spirit, is bound to the earth itself. Think of my soul as a person, a person covered in a suit of armor that allows him to live eternally and move freely, but in this suit of armor he cannot see, smell, hear, touch, or taste."
He paused a bit thinking of what to say." In becoming a servant of the planet it has stripped me of almost all my humanity and thus, it's been hard to say the least. But either by a mistake or some other twist of fate, I was left with a little bit of myself, and I've slowly been chipping away at the armor so I can be who I used to...before I turned into this.
If I find some way that you can help me I'll be sure to let you know, but I've had no such luck so far. Although I suppose it's a bit comical, I was at first a human, then a werewolf, then a vampire, and now I don't know what I am. Hopefully I'll get through it someday. As will you with your problem.

"I am glad to have helped in any way that I can." He also closed his eyes as he leaned back. "I can feel mild degrees of happiness, sadness, and alot of anger. I'm trying to work on deeper degrees of those emotions, except for anger, there's too much of that nowdays." He opened one eye slightly to peer at her,
*A shame such a thing happened to her, I'm definately going to keep my eye on her for the time being.*
"I am not too sure what a Watcher is in this world, but I am able to participate as I wish. Although I can't really fit in. When I lost what I was and got bound to this planet, it was for the plans of a higher being. He found someone else apparently and while I appreciate I no longer having to see or hear from him again, the process wasn't reversed."

"Oh...You are right about that. I guess I am missing out on alot, have been for a long time. Once Zal get's her body I think she can help me as well, she truly does love me for what I am. I'll try hard to return the favor for her." He also looked out at the sunset, seeing something different than Raven did, and feeling alot less about it. But he felt something, and that was all that mattered to him.

" I suppose it will. When she was with me as a night spirit she helped me alot...even though she kind of had to possess me to make me show emotions...but I learned nonetheless." He looked back to the large dragon on the wall. "I'm almost ready to start building her body. I just need to copy a few more books from the library and I'll have enough knowledge to start the process."
