>> It has been sometime now since I adopted little Frey. I recall very well going into that strange... facility, and carrying him out of there. He was clinging to me, like a drowning man might to a floating plank... and that odd tentacle of his, it tried its damnedest to get under my sweater. It almost worked, too. Frey himself is small and not overly sturdy, really, but that tentacled thing is stronger than I ever would have given it credit for. It is a bit difficult to deal with when it is bathtime, as it seems to have a mind of its own and enjoys exploring things that, on a toddler, are better left unexplored. I was instructed, upon contacting the facility, that it was simply in his nature. He is, after all, the spawn of Lust and Patience... which I suppose is likely to grow rather... interesting.
While admittedly, this has been full of surprises and strangeness and overaffectionate tentacles, I find I am rather enjoying this... parenting business. Other than the molesting, which Frey seems unable to control, I am getting used to waking up each morning with little golden eyes an inch away from my face and a brilliant smile. I admit to also enjoying sitting on the couch in the evenings, and letting that sweet little face nuzzle against my side as he dozes. It makes me want to wrap him up, hold him close, and keep him small and sweet at my side forever. I wonder how long yet I have before he begins to talk back like most children do, or before he realizes that I cannot quite fix everything with a bright band-aid and a hug, that he'll have to learn to control that tentacle of his...
I wonder when I'll have to begin sending him to school. That will not be easy for him; he has me for a father, and I am no PTA parent, nor am I a Boy Scout or a businessman. Though I suppose that he will be a hit at the class parties, with our ice cream. Well, I can hope that he lingers for a long time as he is now... I'm a little bit afraid for the future, but... at the same time, excited. This must be what it's like for others to be parents... But I would do it all again if I needed to.

It would be on a Saturday that you open your mail box (if you have one) and notice there is a rather thick envelope stuffed in there. There is no postage stamp and a very vague return address. But you recognize the font and the company's name. 'Seven of Seven Inc' scrawled in majestic font across the upper left hand corner. As you open it, you may strangely find yourself drawn to the letter, there is a mass of notes inside. They read as follows:
Letter Congratulations! You have managed to succeed in raising your child. (IE: Not killing him or her or getting killed yourself. Haha we kid of course.) We would like an update from you on the following: Guardians Name: Child's Name: Sin: Virtue: Gender: Current Attitude: Likes: Dislikes: Any abnormal growths: (if any, example: Feathers molting, horns growing larger, scars ) Current hair style: Current clothing preferences: Dominant celestial trait: (The sin or virtue) Please summarize in your own words how difficult or easy it was taking care of your child. Did you manage to care for them in a kindly fashion? Or were you forced to discipline them? As well do not be alarmed if you suddenly find your child achieving a massive growth spurt in the next little while. We are finding that the children from our facility have strange growing patterns and are rather unpredictable. Although please let us know if anything unexpected occurs. Sincerely the technicians from Seven of Seven Inc. Ps. Please just leave your letter back in your mail box one you have completed it our courier will pick it up. Thank you.
You would notice the letter seems overly friendly...strange since the scientist were so ...cold before.
(Just take the from Guardians name to Dominant Celestial trait and pm it to the mule, the summarization doesn't have to be long just have fun with it.)
