I'm gonna call you Glompy--
I would pick a colour, along with another colour that goes with it, and try and base an avi on that, and a theme will generally develop in your head as you go. And 4 million isn't hard, when you vend and spend all your time online xD I think I'm worth around 3... I can't remember.
BUT YEAH ABOUT THAT AVI RATING...

your avi is very, classy lol. the shades of blue are off but it still works for meh. though i doubt they were ment to be matched, an i right?

your colors are all matching and your eye color of choice is perfect.
my only complaints would be the shoes, something about them doesn't seem to work in my opinion.
