Yeah, G4 had it also in their e3 section. Weird they didn't mention it in the press conference. That reminds me, Nintendo showed trailers or demos for EVERYTHING in the press conference, except Zelda: Spirit Tracks. They showed a pic of it and essentially went "Oh yeah, and we're makign Zelda: Spirit tracks. Moving on..." That bugged me a bit.

Heir Kaiba Miyamoto showed more of Spirit Tracks during his private conference. Yeah I know but it still bugs me. Zelda is one of Nintendo's biggest franchises and they chose to talk about it in depth in a low-key interview with G4?

That was probably the most boring press conference I've ever seen in my life. As expected, they announced few games or accessories of interest (Really? A Vitality sensor? REALLY?), but the people onstage were just so deadpan and unenergetic. At the Sony press conference it looked like the developers and such onstage actually gave a flying s**t about their work.
Last year that woman boasted that she'd never stopped smiling. It appears she has finally stopped smiling. For good. She looked really really bored.
And I think Satoru Iwata is the voice actor for Jar Jar Binks.

It was the only press conference I kept getting up and leaving the room during because...there was NOTHING big going on.

My guess is that since it is one of Nintendo's biggest franchises they don't need to push as hard to bring awareness to it. In the grand scheme of things they don't really need to.

Yeah...for probably anyone else but me. Unless it was Natasha Bedingfield I wasn't gonna really care...I just don't when it comes to celeberities.

I gotta say though, this did open me up to some nice games. Now I have a reason to start playing Wii again. The Conduit, Metroid: Other M, and Wii Sports Resort doesn't look ALL bad.

I have enough hardcore titles to play to get over the fact Nintendo has whored it self out more than a prostitute that turns tricks behind the 7/11.

I just started playing Fusion again and I'm ready to get started trying to finally finish Corruption. EDIT: If anyone's finished Corruption, if anyone can tell me how to find the energy cell located at 075-MEC on Skytown in the "storage facility cooling system", please do. I'm lost and frustrated, and my pants are full of crap because I just looked through the entire Xenoresearch area and got bitten in the face by three Metroids to realize that I'd already found the energy cell there.
