That site has a lot of information, if you go to the index you can find just about anything. I often link it as a reference.

There are very, very few people that I know of who have shown no interest. It would be safe to assume that most have at least attempted it. I have met with mild successes, and failures in which I simply fall asleep.

I think my problem is that I'm not trying from a fresh mind. It seems to always be when I'm tired. I should try to do it during the day or earlier in the evening I think.

The-Psychic-Spirit what was your most suspenseful attempted ? Most suspenseful attempt at projection? I've gotten to the vibratory stage several times and feel like my limbs are floating in a pool, but I can't budge my torso or head. That's about as cool as I've ever been able to manage like that. Any situations that I consider full separation may or may not be astral projection or OBE, but something more akin to remote viewing. I'm not sure.

The-Psychic-Spirit have you attempted astral travel ?
I have attempted numerous times. When I was younger I went into it with not much knowledge and it honestly wasn't a smart thing to do..
But about a couple months ago, I did successfully project while doing a past life regressing. Wasn't planning on it at all.. lol! But I was floating above the Milky Way. It was so vivid, and real.. it was probably one of the most amazing feelings I have ever experienced.

I am actually currently working on my second series of videos on youtube for past life regression. It's the tracks I was using when I projected..
Here's the introduction video if you are interested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTverk-pMtY
I will probably have the first part posted tomorrow but you won't be able to do the regression until all the parts are completed. It will give you a feel for how it is though. It is more of a hypnosis than a meditation.

Azana Brown There are very, very few people that I know of who have shown no interest. It would be safe to assume that most have at least attempted it. I have met with mild successes, and failures in which I simply fall asleep. try doing it during the day, and in a fairly well lit room. I used to try it like just before bed and had the same problem. My mother suggested that I try it on the couch at noon, and it worked biggrin Also I have a book here I cant remember what its called, one of my friends it borrowing it, but set up a fan or something that generates white noise, in most people it helps relax you and it also muffles any other noises around you. One more thing that may help is instead of starting with your toes, if you know how to open your third eye, do that first, and push energy through that then start relaxing using the energy that you have sent through your third eye. Its the technique I use with out fail every time. But its different for every one, these are just tips that you can follow, I hope they helped biggrin
