kinshi914 Red_Ronin kinshi914 Red_Ronin kinshi914 *Falls to the ground and sees the monkey man attack and his attack leaves a scar in his face Kinshi gets up and glares at the monkey man* Kinshi: You will pay for that. *Gets out both his swords and drops his food jumps behind the monkeyman and slashes at his back with both swords* Raisu yells out from the attack. He quikely jumps aside away from his attackers swords. "You will pay for what you've done here today!" The monkey mans pendant starts to glow as do Raisu's eyes. The magic once again flows thru him. Leaping into the air Raisu comes down hard with his staff on the assasins head. Moving with speed greater than most humans could ever have he turns & swings his staff again. This time he hits the man in the chest knocking him onto the ground. *blocks the monkeymans air attack moves half-way out of the way from the monkeymans staff and stumbles* Kinshi:Your fast monkey. *gets up and has blood driiping from his waist and he runs forward to attack the monkeyman head on* Raisu sees the assasin running forward to attack. Quickly he jumps up into a nearby tree. Kinshi:Coward *slashes the tree in two and throws one of his swords at the monkeyman* Falling from the tree Raisu manages to block the flying sword. Landing on his feet he stands there stairing at the man. "What is your name assasin?"

Kara stood silently in the snow, watching over the serene scenery infront of her. The mountains are so beautiful... She took in a deep breath and exhaled it wearily. So lovely. To think something so beautiful could be so... Kara spun around to see a spirit hovering behind her.
"What news have you gathered?"
"Just because you have the power to raise the dead does not mean you can control their spirits." The spirit hissed. Kara looked at it in disgust.
"Have you no respect for your former leader?"
"...I apologize. I have no news for you at this time. However-" it floated closer. "I do have information that may interest you. But, I believe it shall remain a secret until the appropriate occasion. I do suggest you return to your clan. They are in need of your leadership. I bid thee farewell." It vanished.
Kara stood for a moment, then turned and began walking down the mountain.

Raisu burried the bodies of his fellow monky men that the assasin kinshin killed. "Perhaps one day I will meet him again & I can avenge you my friends. Until then I feel the need to go back home & tell what has happened." The monkey man starts the long walk back up the mountain to his tribal home.

*strolls into the mountainous regions* "This appears to be an area of great...danger." he thought to himself, dragging his injured leg behind him. He had heard rumors of a clan of warriors in these mountains who might benefit form his expierience in Guerilla warfare...

*Sits in a small tavern on the outskirts of the village, his facial features lost amidst the dark shadows cast by his lengthy platinum bangs. Arms crossed over his chest, he reclines slightly in the sturdy wooden chair, his feet resting on the table upon which rests an untouched bottle of rice wine. Above the din of casual converstation comes a rumour of a monkey-man living in the mountains.*
his lips, illuminated only partially by lamplight, form into a slow smile. "A monkey-man, is it?" he says curiously.
*In the next instant he is gone, disappeared like a gust of wind to leave the chair balanced perfectly upon it's hind legs. No one in the tavern makes note of his leaving, nor does anyone notice.*

A surprise attack? Not from an individual entity.
It would be night in the next few hours. Following would be foolish. But it was headed toward the village anyway. Why not?
She began to persue the injured being.

His naginata blade was dulled by its lack of sharpening: oh well, he only used it for a walking stick nowadays. His swords were battered and dinged, but as sharp as the mind he housed: they truelly were his samurai soul. But it is his arrows and bow on which he relies. There was a rustling in the bushes behind him: the scent of blood must be attracting creatures, "Damnit... that healer only stopped the blood temporarily. I should have stayed with the other wounded, rather than leave so soon."
