My walls are a red wine color (coincidentally). My bed is directly across from the doorway and is currently unmade; the bedspread and pillows are black (only because it's easy to deal with, never messy, goes with the colors of my room) and the pillows are black. The bed frame is wooden, nothing special about it or the headboard, and the whole bed is big...enough for me and Kal. ;3 There is a window to the left of the doorway, taking up most of the wall and I keep it covered with a thick black curtain (don't like sun), and there is a big bookshelf to the right of the door, collapsing in on itself from the weight of the books... There are books scattered on the ground around it as well as boxes of books, journals, etc... There's a fair-sized nightstand next to the left side of my bed with a lamp on it. The lamp is very simple, being just a slim, straight up cylinder. The light is inside the cylinder and the top portion of the lamp is translucent enough for the light to permeate it.
