it took me like 6 months to be heavy
i can play heavy, but im not really good at it

It took me a month to go from light to standard, and from standard to heavy/challenege, about 6 months I think. Even though I play on heavy I can't do any of the 10 steps, but at least I can do songs like Break Down!, Can't Stop Falling in Love (Speed Mix), End of the Century, and Burning Heat!, so I'm happy with my skill level 3nodding

Light: 4 days
Standard: 1 week after Light
Heavy: About a month and a half after Standard

standard,about a year but I don't play constantly.....God all of you make me look pathetic... sweatdrop But I can play some of the easier songs on heavy. I just don't have the stamina neccessary, is it just me?

I'd known about the game for awhile, but didn't start playing it until the first DDR came out on the PS.
Immediately wanting a challenge, I went straight for standard mode.. and failed miserably my first couple stages. I was an idiot and didn't grasp the concept of hitting two arrows at once, as I was trying to quickly hit them as separate arrows. XD
After about a week, I was ready for Heavy mode, and it took me all of 2 weeks to completely pass all heavy stages on the game.
Nowdays, I can full combo pretty much anything on heavy/challenge mode on first or second try. ^^

It took me about 6 moths to figure out how to play the game. After that it took me another 9 months to try standard. This past summer I tried havey and did really good. This past october I beat all of my friends, my current boyfriend and their siblings. That night I even did challenge mode and on the first try I got a B.

Lets see... Beginner when I first started took me a week to get used too.
Light was much much longer, it took me about a month and a half.
And Standard, I just recently got the hang of it so that took me a week and a half to do.
STANDARD IS MURDER!!! MY LEGS HURT SO MUCH! crying

I just don't have the stamina neccessary, is it just me? no. i have to no stamina issue as well. just push yourself and play a little more each time even if you are tired. it helps xd

Once I started playing more regularly, I got myself to standard (that was about a month ago). Now I can pass MOST of the standard/tricks, and some of the lower heavy songs. For some unknown reason though, I STILL fail a couple of songs on light! graagh! crying
