There's a difference? All soft drinks sting the tongue, only thing you can taste.

`•.¸¸.••´´¯``•• .¸¸.Just be who you ωαηηα be... =< There is a very big difference. To me, Pepsi taste like flat coke. Like someone shook the bottle of coke a little too much, but not before all the fizz is completely gone.. Then they gave it a different name and BAM! You have Pepsi. .-. I don't lyke Pepsi.. I prefer Coke.. Over all, I prefer Mt. Dew *nodsnods*
...Not what others ωαηηα see.¸¸.••´´¯``•• .¸¸.•´

I don't like soft drinks...I only drink them if I don't have a choice...=/ Occasionally, Mountain Dew is okay.. Anywhore,
In Germany [when I was younger and still liked soft drinks], I liked Coke, cause it was the only thing my parents bought. We went on vacation to Florida, though, and there I noticed Pepsi was sweeter, so from then on I made my parents buy that. [I was young and sugar obsessed] In Germany, though, Coke is even sweeter than Pepsi is here...so I switched back. Sooooo.... I guess I'm still a Coke fan, not cause it's sweeter [ew], just....idk. *shrugs*

Dr. Pepper = prune juice, eh? Then I'm just prepping myself for old age. HYAAA~!
Coke is FTW. I like to feel the burn.
I read a study about Coke vs Pepsi a year ago for my psychology class. A bunch of scientists got together and did this huge cola taste-test thing, and they found out that Pepsi was the winner in the sip portion, while Coke was more popular for larger amounts.
Sip of Pepsi/Coke: Pepsi Full glass of Pepsi/Coke: Coke

Ashno xd I'm a pepsi fan BOOO COOKE!!! XP I lived in Minnesota and I hadn't even heard of coke barely until I moved to Georgia I'm a coka-cola fan! Hey, did you know why they called it that? There used to be traces of cocaine in it O.O It was part of the reason why so many people were addicted to it.... Anyway, they don't do that anymore.. but it's still addicting as heck XD

CH0Z0 There's a difference? All soft drinks sting the tongue, only thing you can taste. Yeah, I've noticed that too... And questioned why people enjoyed the stingy, flavorless, carbonated junk people called 'soda' and the other things.... so I drank warm soft drinks for the longest time, until I tried coka-cola.. Loved it even when it was cold...And then I grew accustomed to the other cold drinks

faerie_ophelia I agree that it is a possible gateway to debate (or just argument), but what of a forum of people who prefer root beer to either? There are other options to consider besides Cola and Pepsi. What of their tastes? Who should be involved in the Cola vs. Pepsi debate? My position is that the Cola vs. Pepsi debate is way too limited and is closed to many people who can not take one position or the other. I agree with you

I have a silly reason for liking Pepsi more than Coke. Coke, for some odd reason, leaves this weird feeling on my teeth, and I don't like it, cuz it makes me start grinding my teeth to get rid of it. That would be fine, but I have jaw problems BECAUSE I grind my teeth. ;~;
Pepsi, on the other hand, doesn't leave a weird filmy-thing on my teeth. Granted, I drink Diet Pepsi, cuz that's what my mom drinks, but still. Pepsi > Coke.
