It's so bad, it's good. Keanu Reeves has the same expression the entire movie. It's old. The second one sucks, though.

It's so stupid. Keanu Reeves is a cop, and he and his partner disable bombs. They thwart the evil guy and the guy plants a bomb on a bus that will go off if the bus goes below 70 mph. (Hence, speed.)
So, Sandra Bullock is on bus, helps Keanu Reeves find bad guy, bad guy gets decapitated in subway on runaway hijacked subway car....it's funny.

Color, you are evil.  I like Speed and the Matrix, but other then those, I can't stand Keanu Reeves. To me, he just can't act. And the fact that he wants to play Spike in the Cowboy Bebop movie, he just going to ruin that movie.
