Zuri smiled gaily at the nickname. Rabbit-lover. She'd have to tell Lio that. He would probably laugh at it.

"Farewell, lion-hater. I'm glad we met; take care until next time!" she replied, rising. She watched the wild dog turn and walk away before doing the same. Another day, another experience. She was glad to have met Hamaki and managed to change the other female's mind about most lions. Zuri wouldn't, after all, harm another creature (prey not included) for personal gains. It just wasn't her. And she was sorry for whatever had happened to the wild dog to make her feel that way.

The lioness pushed the thought from her mind, concentrating on how she would tell this new story to her mate, and increased her speed to a jog as she headed back home.
