Zigzin, age 80 DK, Tauren... As Zigzin arrives on his mighty steed he notices his weapon was being eyed quite closely by others in the camp. suspision rose in him as he dismounted near the tent he was assigned, which was not near the main tent. little did Zigzin know that the men and women amungst him would soon be fighting along side him, and him as the tank. Holding on tight to his axe, he edged closer to the main tent, where he was told he should go to get aquainted with his new duty here. when he walked in however, he noticed that nazgrel and allen were about to get to fighting. this made him more uncomfortable. Zigzin had never had to fight with the opposing faction before, and in a sense he .. well ... liked it. "I can uhh... come back later if nows not uh good time" said Zigzin in a cautious voice, trying not to draw any anger towards him. "no no, nazgrel was just leaving," he nodded at the broad orc signaling him to leave " we have been expecting you, welcome!" "errmm, thanky" replied Zigzin "so i understand you are to lead us in the tower as our tank, how do you feel about this position?" "fine, but umm... who was that guy?" "oh him? hes just nazgrel..." mumbled allen. "are more on the way, i don't think we should head into the tower unprepaired, not that i think we will fail just..." Zigzin said nervously "haha, cautious, but smart. yes more are on the way, just sit tight for now, perhaps you can help others get ready for battle, train up a little." "thanky, umm... bye for now sir." replied Zigzin wearing his best honorable face.

nazgrel looked at the tauren with his bright yellow eyes. seeing the tauren's blue glowing eyes he looked at the paladin "we...will...finish...later..." he said as he walked out of the cabin stareing at the crusaders and lets out a howl scareing them all into running. he laughed grimly 'i love doing that' he thought as he walked through the camp towards the tauren death knight

Allen watched the Orc walkout towards the death knight. Once they were out of sight Allen gripped his forehead. The pain was near immeasurable, Allen swore his head would split. Falling to one knee Allen watched as his eyesight wavered. Just then when he talked to the death knight, something happened, he wasn't himself. Allen looked towards the open door to the outside. It looked directly out towards the tower, Allen could only think of one reason. Getting his strength back Allen stood up straight and ran towards the death knight. walking out in front of him Allen spoke quietly. "Be careful what you say around anyone, I fear we may have something watching us" Looking at both of them Allen walked away again. Allen was still unsure about what was in the tower but it could manipulate people for information. Allen knew one thing now, it knew they were coming.

when Zigzin heard the roar, his first move was to pull out his mighty mace. preparing to charge whatever it was that had made the noise, he noticed Nazgrel laughing while coming towards him. 'oh great...' thought Zigzin lowering his weapon cautiously. the death knight was learning that people in this camp were very strange, and that he'd have to learn to deal with it. he turned around and started heading back towards his tent, trying to ignore the howling orc.

Allen walked calmly through the men of the argent crusade. He had started to feel better very quickly but still was unsure. Allen was shocked how much the tower had an effect on him and the other men. Well, they would have to cope otherwise problems would arise later. Allens head was sore but bearable. Letting his hood fall back Allen let his black hair fall free. Immediately a cold wind brushed past his face, he felt his headache lessen. Looking back Allen saw Zigzin and Nazgrel, Zigzin looked as if he was straining to ignore Nazgrel who was busy scaring the Argent's men. Allen smiled, he never expected the horde would be like this, Zigzin was different from other Horde members he had met. "Hes allot more accepting to the situation then I thought" Allen said to himself.

nazgrel walked up to the tauren and saluted him "lok tar ogar!" he said as he held an unthreatening posture "hello fellow warrior of the horde i am nazgrel a blademaster of the horde and one of the warriors that helped bring down the fel horde. it will be a pleasure of mine to fight by your side" he said with a fearce expression anticpateing a fight soon. he then had a peirceing headache he winced as he fought off a cold evil influance 'something evil is lurking around here... it must be destroyed in the name of the spirits of the earth' he thought as he snarled in a beastral manner and turned around glareing at the tower

The wind howled at Mauryanna's back, though luckily there was no blizzard to drive snow into the fur of her coat. Her mount moved swiftly beneath her, used to the icy cold and unburdened by it. The cat's thick and sleek white striped coat barely seemed to move in the relentless northern winds. She squinted through the gab in her coat, and saw ahead the camp, the Argent Crusade flags flying high and free in the wind. "Hi-yup, Iseult," she said to the cat, and it gave a growl, hurrying forward toward the tents. She could see people moving about... and the vast tower in the distance, their ultimate designation.
As she got closer, Mauryanna saw several clear members of the alliance and horde... NOT trying to kill each other. Well, she was definitely at the right place. She pulled herself off the Frostsaber, gently patting its flank as she removed the saddle bag. "Don't worry, she won't bite you," she said with a smile to the very nervous looking squire who had appeared to take the champion's mounts to the stables, "but she hasnt eaten in a few days. Be sure to feed her or there might be one less mount in there tomorrow." She laughed at his stricken face, the Frostsaber following obediently.
Pulling the bag up over her shoulder, she turned to look slink inside. She was much taller than most people here, but still, quite short for a draenei. She pulled her fur lined hood off her horned head, her short cropped black hair falling into place as she looked around at the others inside, but said nothing so far.

Allen followed in behind the draenei priest. Letting his hair fall in his face slightly Allen walked quickly in and around. Walking past the Priest he smiled at her. At least he wouldn't be the only Alliance member going into the tower. Inside the tent was large. Men and women lined its walls sitting and chatting. In the middle of the room sat a long oak table. Sat along it were several men and women each with a list in front of them. Going up to the first man Allen told him his name and the man looked down the list. Finding his name, the man nodded and put a large tick next to his name. Stepping away from the table Allen was going to wait for the priest, he hoped maybe she could explain a few things.

after hearing what nazgrel had to say, Zigzin was finally ready to accept him enough to talk to him. taking a deep breath Zigzin said "hello there young orc. as you may already know, my name is Zigzin, and i am a veteran of the third war. i must be going now, perhaps we will meet at the tent later on today. good day soldier." he turned his back and walked into his tent. laying on his small wooden bed was very relaxing. he had a lot to think about, and without meaning to fell asleep.

Mauryanna watched Allen go to the front table where the Argent Crusade paladin checked off his name, and knew at once hers would be there, too. She had received a letter in the mail, a plea to come, to help... She moved forward, the gold chain and scalloped wings of her battle armor glittering in the lantern light, her staff shining brightly with its deep holy power.
"Krona'kai kreesto," she said to the paladin with a smile, "and warm wishes to you. I am Mauryanna, priest and ambassador of the Aldor from Draenor. Your people requested my presence here in Northrend, yes?" Her draeneic accent was thick, but she spoke very clearly.
As the paladin turned to his list, Mauryanna turned her head toward Allen, and smiled, charming despite her elongated canines. "It is good to see another Alliance follower of the Light here," she said. "Rarer and rarer is this sight."

Allen looked back at Mauryanna and smiled back. "It is" he replied, his voice hinting a bit of sadness. "But as long as we keep faith in the light it shall continue on". Allen looked out the open tent door and at the tower. Confused Allen began to realize all the tent exits seemed to be facing that way. Maybe it was done on purpose? Maybe it was to remind the men of their purpose here? Realizing he was losing himself staring into space he quickly brought himself back and asked. "What do you see when you look at the tower?" Allen was interested to get someone else's input on the subject.

"Other than the Lich King's constant attempts to compensate?" she said with a wide grin, giggling a little. She turned to look at the tower as well, her smile slowly fading as she thought about it. It made sense that they'd all face the tower... A good way to watch for oncoming attacks from it. "I see a vast monument of black stone... and evil within its core," she said quietly. "An evil we will, hopefully, end soon -- another trophy of the Lich King to knock down, another crack in his armor."

Zigzin woke suddenly, sweat beading down his long forehead, making his fur dampen. he had sensed there was a different aura here, but now he knew. it made him terrified. a great truth had just been revealed.
Rushing to get his nicest armor on, he thought about how to reveal this stunning truth to the others at the camp site.
while running to the main tent, he saw a puff of smoke rising from the great obsidian tower... this simply reassured Zigzin, making him run faster.
entering the tent he scanned around for Allen, hoping he could talk to someone about it. DOH! thats right, tonight was the feast! how could he forget. speaking fast to the people with sign-in sheets they showed him where to go for food, and where Allen was.
after finding him, he whispered in an urgent voice "we need to talk ... now"
