I dont know it used to be in Karakura town. They must of gotten rid of it. So lets use the housing complex for now.

I also think it's because this guild has died. The Key Players are gone. The Leadership of the Shinigami, Vizard, Arrancar, and Quincy have all left the guild.

come to think about it, if they're just going to leave, why dont they give the guild to somebody active, and make us invite a whole bunch of people?
