Thoughts of Kavu running through his head. "Yes... I suppose there are worse creatures that could have found me." What would Kavu have done, if he had been the one to find Asa? Would he kill him? Leave him to die? Or worse... would he have taken him again? He couldn't think about Kavu. He would throw up what little had had left in his stomach if he thought about the other hyena again.
He felt himself slide down with the female, and was entirely suprised when he saw the cave around him. It was breathtakingly beautiful, and he wish he'd been in the mindset to enjoy it more as she slid him into a bed, where he remained, unable to really move.
"You... have a beautiful home." He offered her, looking around so much as he could lift his head. It was something different than what he was used to, sleeping under the stars with Biku. She would have loved this place if she could see it... wherever she was now... miles away, for all he knew.
"May I..." He realized he didn't know the name of his rescuer, and he had to ask now. Only polite, for one thing, she had saved his life, even if he didn't want it to be saved. He wanted to know what to call her... "May I ask your name?"

The hyena nodded at the compliment about her home. She , honestly, thought it was beautiful too and was always keen to return if she left her crystal tunnel cave. It was her treasure.
Normally, Ylva wouldn't give her name unless she felt the hyena had earned it or was some one she could trust. She was pretty sure she could trust Asa, after all, he now knew where she lived and would probably be staying down in her crystal tunnel with her for some time while he healed.
The Hyena's head fell some as she mumbled, "Ylva," feeling if she said it to loud a stray ear may hear it. The hyena knew it was just the two of them since there was only one entrance to the inside of this cave but she didn't fully trust it.
" You can tell me your name if you like, but you don't have to. At this moment I don't really care either," She grumped, "I just.... want to get you on your feet again" She left out the part, in body and spirit. It wasn't something she felt she needed to add.

"Ylva..." He had to strain himself to hear her, but he nodded when he did. A pretty name, short and sweet. A pretty name for a pretty girl in a pretty home... with not the nicest personality he supposed. But she had saved his life. For all her bluntness, she had saved him when she didn't have to. He could have been left there to die... but there was someone out there kind enough to help him. After Kavu... Asa hadn't had enough faith left in other creatures to want to live in the world. Strange how he had almost immeditaly been proven wrong.
He nodded at her words. She had earned the right to at least know his name. "Asadaki... Asa. My friends called me Asa." He had almost been tempted to lie about his name. It had brought him nothing but bad luck anyway. But his name was all he had left. The only part of him no one could take. And he wasn't going to lose it. Not for the world. Kavu couldn't have that.
"Thank you... for everything Ylva." He told her, meaning every word. "I... I didn't think anyone would help me." He admitted. And honestly... he still wasn't sure. He still felt empty and used and worthless... but someone had thought he was worth saving. Maybe it was just someone who didn't know him well enough, but it was someone.

Ylva grunted at the thanks, but a smile sprouted on her maw. She wandered to another corner of the cave and curled into a tight neat ball, her back to the other.
"Get some sleep, your not well enough to do much else, I'll go hunting later and see if I can find something for your wounds." She was no herb expert but she knew that some herbs helped to at least numb the pain. Ylva would have to go pick some later when it was night time.
She got up and stretched, "I'll be back," With that she started back up the tunnel. The hyena needed to get something for him to eat, and her self.
((And we can start up another with the two if you like? Where its later in the evening?))
