Hmm a tricky one.
I think I've quite come to like Zangarmarsh in Outland, I spent a lot of time there lol. I generally like it's colour and feel. Plus the BGM there is beautiful.
I quite like Grizzly Hills too. It's very lumberjack like lol.
As for Azeroth, I quite like Eversong Woods.

City: Darnassus or Stormwind. I like the layout of Darnassus a lot, but it is in the middle of nowhere, so it makes traveling a pain.
Outside the Cities: Sholazar Basin; I do most of my mining farming here. Lots of saronite and titanium nodes on a flat surface. It beats farming in the mountaineous areas since I dont have to worry about elevation. Diving up and down gets tiring. >.<

My top favorite place in WoW is Nagrand. <3
Why? Because the night sky is beautiful and it's fun to just hang around on trees. (If you have a flying mount of course...)

Im gonna say... Tanaris. Awesome zone. It has Uldum, Pirates, CoT, and midgets. What more could you ask for?!
