The answer to life, the universe, and everything is told to be 42. But in fact upon recent discovery we have found out that 'they' lied to us and switched the number. The real answer is actually 24. We also have to know the question which is easy to figure out. Take 99 red balloons and create a war in which the world is destroyed. Then hopefully the sun will open up revealing a piece of paper with the question written on it. So the question is, what is the question?

The number should be 1...because one cell makes two, and the number continues...
BUT if you have 2 people, they make more people, so really the number could be two...
THEN AGAIN...if you have 3 people, it just makes it better...
Four is a good number as well, since a lot of things are said to have started out on four fins/legs...
Five is great because that's how many fingers you have on a hand (if you count the thumb as a finger) and that gives us POWER.
......and I'm running out of dumb links to numbers...
Six is the best, because you could have two threesomes, three couples, or a foursome and a couple. *shot repeatedly*
