Bah... I was better on my board than my feet. And HAD I been sober, there's a good chance I would have messed up a lot more than just my ankle on that fall. Oh wellz... I've hung up my board for now (and possibly... for ever *dies just a little inside*).

aw, is the forever for cause your ankle might be to messed up or just cause you dont wanna get hurt again?
I'm not sure that my ankle will recover to where I can skate again... o.o
That sucks. My friend hurt her knee at work and it will either heal right or it wont and they say if it doesnt heal right she will have knee problems for the rest of her life and if thats what happens she cant go back to her job because she has to be able to keep up with the kids cause she teaches special ed and they try to run away alot, and thats how she hurt herself, chasing after one of her kids trying to get away. Shes been stuck at home for 2 months, she cant even go to her apartment cause its upstairs so shes been staying with her parents, shes hating life right now.
