Uki thinks for a moment before replying to daunting challenge of Shuuken's articulate and elaborate answer. She is distracted momentarily by wondering how, excatly, Shuuken came up with such an elaborate answer seemingly off the cuff. Eventually, though, she arrives at a decision.
"Red." the girl says. Red is the color of happiness and good fortune. Its the color of many of the most beautiful flowers, as well. Red and pink, which is really just red, but lighter. And red...Uki trails off for a moment, considering.
Well, red is romantic, right? Uki finishes with embarassment. She's not qutie sure what that means, but whenever someone mentions it they always say its good, so it probably is, right?

Shuuken seems to think on Uki's response before nodding slowly, a grin forming on her lips. Yes, Shuuken can see red as all of those things--especially as romantic. She folds her arms before leaning against the wall, her thoughts again focusing on the color red.
Shuuken understands why Uki likes red, and likes it a little more herself after hearing that--despite what she says, Uki has a way with words. Shuuken then laughs softly before she glances to Ako.
What about Ako? Shuuken pushes away from the wall and moves to crouch in front of the youngest of the group, her smile slowly losing its intensity, becoming gentle and reassuring.
Shuuken would love to hear what color, or colors, Ako likes and why.

With the older child's attention obviously fixed on her, Ako fidgets a little and shies away, nervously sticking her fingers into her mouth again.
She, uh, cannot pick just one. Once, though, Ako saw a rainbow and thought it was really pretty. Is rainbow a color? And silver, like shiny metal, kind of reminds her of Mommy, if that counts as a color.
What does silver mean? The big kids seem to know all about this, so Ako glances between them, giving off little waves of curiosity.

Uki shakes her head, silently disagreeing with Shuuken, but not saying - or projecting - anything. She sighs again at Ako's habit of sticking her hand in her mouth.
Uki thinks for a moment after her sister asks her question. Most of her familiarity with color comes from flowers, and silver isn't exactly a color that one sees often in flowers. Although...she has heard silver associated with water sometimes, so maybe some of those ties might be appropriate?
The girl looks at Shuuken, wondering what the older porcelain will say.
