Don't worry... the kids are sleeping right now... and I have rather grown used to the house being a mess.. with toddlers around is almost inevitable lol.
But if you are referring to the guild, just continue what you are doing talking to people and being friendly ^^
Uhm I wonder how to let people know about the wrting contest...

*laughs* You can never have nice things again once you have kids.
And I'm not really sure how to promote the writing contest. The problem with attracting outsiders is that they don't really know our characters all that well. It's easy to draw a picture, more difficult to write a story.

I know... it takes getting to know the people to be able to write a good story, whereass to draw you just need to see them. Even though getting to know someone will also make you do more in character art.
Nice things.... you can only have after the kids have grown up.... sweatdrop and no longer break stuff.

And then that's only if you have enough money after your kids beg it all off you. xd

ah... that doesn't work well with mei... my parents.... rarely gave us money like that. I used to get one dollar to eat lunch at school. And that was only if I hadn't used yesterdays dollar. So in theory I couldn't save them lol. Granted I could eat the free lunch at the school cafeteria... or walk home for lunch... I lived like 5 minutes away from school. (most of the time I just went home for lunch)

And they let you out to do so? Wow, I bet there are very few schools that do that anymore!
My school was basically in the middle of the country, so there wasn't anything within walking distance. xd

Lol yeah... they let you out... though after I left the elementary school started closing the gates and only letting out kids with their parents.
My middle and High School were the same school... and nobody really cared where you went... so I would just walk home when I didn't have class because a teacher was absent or at lunch.
There was nothing close to the school except for cafeterias and houses. Kids would go out to eat I guess... If they had cars they might take them to other high schools to check out the girls over there. It was funny to see guys come from other schools with their cars and their stereos just making the car move up and down with the boom boom boom of the music. Teenagers... lol I will never understand their ways....

*laughs* Yes. Every teenager should be issued a memo that says "Everything you find cool or important now will be an utter embarrassment to you in 10 years. Proceed with caution." blaugh
The schools were pretty far apart where I lived, so I don't think there was much mingling. We had a rival school, but we would do things like see who could have the bigger "Take Your Tractor to School Day."
I'm serious.

Lol well... our school was middle and high school... so it was rather small... in the sense that there were about 4-5 groups of each grade. For a public school we were small. The other school in our town was bigger. We had a graduating class of 65-80 students, they had one of 200 students.
We weren't too far away, we were like 15 minutes driving or something... lol fights will occur all the time.... and all the kids would come around and look... even the ones from the elementary school would look down and see lol I remember running to go and try and see the fights down at the high school lol
bah when you reach college you notice just how stupid you were in high school.
