Sea clutched the pokeball at her side before replacing it on her belt. "Aye, ma'am," she responded dutifully, ignoring the condescending expression. She sighed, properly scolding the offending squirtle in her mind. Sea had already spent several months during her time as a trainee trying to tame the little beast, yet Othello seemed to be just as mischievous as when she captured him. She was hoping that perhaps he would become a bit more well-behaved if he evolved like some pokemon, but you could never know.
Sea turned her attention back to the matter at hand. The thought that her work as a grunt was going to be much harder than that of a trainee did not faze the young woman's enthusiasm in the slightest. She was ready and willing to do whatever it took to get the respect she so strongly desired.

A rather tall and relatively lanky young man casually wandered into the vicinity, keeping his arrival relatively unannounced. Leave it to the new recruit, 1337, to be fashionably late. As he leaned against the wall and merely just listened for now, one could not help but notice the strange visor the lad was wearing. It didn't really seem to have any sort of eye-holes, but it did not seem like this grunt was really visually impaired. Another thing that might have stood out was that he was not wearing the regulation uniform. It was probably a sign that he'd be a trouble maker in some sense or another. Either way, 1337 remained leaning against the wall, smirking as if he had plans of his own. He'd wait until the infamous TRP (whom he had researched prior to arriving) was available so he could check in.

A younger girl shifted slightly in her grunt uniform, checking to see if everything was in place as she stood off to the side. First, it was her hat, her gloved hands pushing the lavender bow beneath the hat as her lavender curls spilled down her neck. The hat pushed her long bangs down, and helped her curled edges pop out more. Otherwise, she noted as her fingers fiddled with it, her hat was fine.
Next, she moved on to her top, checking each part to get rid of lint and ensure that it was straight. The long sleeves bothered her greatly, but unfortunately she couldn't do much about it. All she could adjust was the belt along her waist, the length of her skirt, and the gleaming pokeball that rested on her hip. She was a grunt now, and today was day one.
And for the first time in a long time, Nadali felt an ounce of nervousness enter her belly.
This was nothing like her past, the time she spent wandering the world with her 'family'. This was something new, and the thrill was getting to her. She could feel it in her blood, the need to get everything right and excel. Now, all she had to do was find the woman who would train her, and hope that she could make the right impression.
As if that was easy enough.
And so, her lavender eyes searched around, passing the uniforms until she saw a huddle of black suited grunts. Taking a deep breath, as well as fixing her hat one last time, she started to walk over with a calm gait. Nervousness would have to be pushed inside, and indeed they had been, because now it was all about the calm and the cool. It was learning time, and Nadali knew she would have to put on a show.

The sound of heavy, hasty footsteps brought wind of yet another new arrival. The newly arrived grunt was no stranger to the ways of team rocket, as he had fought them in a time not long prior to this day. Sure it had been an odd twist of fate that had brought him to their doorstep, but it no longer mattered. Vengeance would be his one way or another, and the path of a Team Rocket member seemed to be the fastest way to achieve his personal goals. His uniform, while not a standard uniform was impeccably neat and clean; The vest open and thus separating the large 'R' that adorned the front, revealing beneath a longer white dress shirt that was buttoned almost all the way save the top three clasps. He bore a brown leather belt about his waist, which held one Pokeball at the side, barely visible as the vest was just long enough to cover it. He did also wear atop his snow white locks the standard issue rocket grunt cap that he so despised. He wore it this time for presentation purposes, but swore to never wear it again after this day. His disheveled hair protested the atrocity that he wore atop his head, unruly strands sticking out from beneath the covering in defiance. Ice blue eyes scanned the hustle and bustle of the lobby and he noticed a group of what appeared to be grunts near the one he had been told to meet with. He recognized her immediately from the description he was given as the Agent known as 'TRP'. His long strides carried him to the group and his face remained devoid of emotion as he turned to the superior agent and nodded to her. "I'm Claris... I believe I'm working under you."His voice came forth somewhat hollow, there were fluctuations that made his speech far from monotonous but it still lacked any notable emotion save for one... A deep rage that burned within him and was only kept at bay by a seemingly emotionless shell of a person that once was.

TRP nodded approvingly as more recruits arrived.
"Alright, that looks like enough. Any stragglers will just have to catch up with us. Today we'll be heading out on your first mission. I know a lot of you are dreaming about grand exciting escapades. Sorry to say that as long as you're a grunt you'll be scraping the bottom of the barrel, mission-wise. Today we're heading to Ambergris. For those of you who don't know, it's the closest city to HQ and it's mostly deserted. Perfect place for early missions out in the field. No law enforcement there to speak of.
"What it does have are ghost Pokemon. And a lot of them. Of all the types in the lab ghost Pokemon are always the most scarce. They're tricky things. A real pain to catch. That's why you guys get to do it.
"I want to make one thing very clear. When you're on a mission to catch Pokemon for Team Rocket you may not keep any of the Pokemon you catch for yourself. If I catch any of you pocketing one of your Poke Balls you're out. Got it?
"I'll be watching over you guys as you comb through Ambergris. Nobody gets to come back to HQ until they've got at least one ghost Pokemon in a Poke Ball.
"Everyone clear? Alright then, let's move out!" With a wave TRP turned to head out the door into the heat of the desert.
Thankfully it didn't look like they'd have to walk the whole way. A line of jeeps was prepared for them. "Four to a car. No bickering over who gets to drive. One of each group just take the keys."
She plucked a Poke Ball off her belt to call Furin back, then pulled another and held it up. "Axel." A red beam fired from the ball, producing a large shiny Charizard. Apparently this would be her method of transportation.

Rather than really listen to the directions, the tall man just stood there grinning. Fortunately, he'd have the directions recorded by his visor for later use. No use worrying about it now. As everyone got ready, by putting their Pokemon away or bee-lining to the vehicles, the late recruit made certain to approach the team leader. Unlike some of the recruits that arrived earlier, who were very polite or professional when speaking to TRP, 1337 started things off with a simple "Yo!" Being 6'3", he tended to loom over people whenever he spoke with them. His voice paused for a moment, in case his superior had something to say, but then he spoke up again. "Yeah, name's 1337... jus' checkin' in. Nice t'meet the mastermind responsible for the Sinnoh-wide baked goods robbery." He grinned a bit, waiting for a response, but not without looking over to the jeeps. It was always amusing as hell to drive with his visor on. It always freaked the passengers out since it looked like he had no visibility with that thing on.

TRP arched an eyebrow, looking up at the taller Grunt. "Well I see you've done your research. That was one of my first training missions.." She nodded, smirking a bit, "One of the more amusing ones." She looked the new Grunt up and down, "I see you've chosen to ignore uniform regulations?"

"Aye, ma'am!" SEA responded again, her excitement perking up. First mission! She couldn't wait. The though of having to capture ghost pokemon worried her a bit, since her luck with capturing pokemon was horrible overall, but she would think about that when she got to it. She had been practicing diligently over the last few months after all.
SEA headed out to one of the vehicles but looked back when she saw one of the other recruits talking with TRP. Tall!?! She stared at him in astonishment and more than a little bit of envy. It looked like he stood a entire foot over her 5'2" and his interesting style choice seemed to make him stand out more than the others.

Maybe if he was one who actually cared about being slapped on the wrist, he might have been a bit daunted by the mention of his uniform. However, he just kept on grinning. "A training mission? I wish I had been involved in that one. And yeah. the regulation uniform just doesn't work for me." He was honest about it at least, or at least he seemed to be. Figuring that was more than enough interaction with his superior for now, he flicked his wrist to give a small wave. "Laters!" He then turned towards the jeeps and found that several were still unclaimed. Grinning rather widely, he walked with long strides towards the nearest vehicle. Yet another advantage to being so tall was you had longer legs and could get places faster with less effort. As he neared the vehicle, his left hand reached forward slightly and made motions as if he was typing. It might have seemed curious to any observers, but 1337 could care less. There was so much work to be done, that he couldn't just this idle time just pass him by. While his left hand continued the typing gestures, his right hand opened the driver seat door. Yes, victory was his. With a smug little grin, he sat down in the driver's seat, waiting for his victims to flock to him like lambs to the slaughter.

As she listened to the instructions, Nadali studied TRP with great detail, memorizing her look as well as her voice while she still could. Than, she watched as the girl interacted, curious as to how she led, and just who the person was who would be bossing her around.
As soon as 1337 moved away, she took a quick second to rush up for her own introduction, "Ahoy...I mean hello..." She cleared her throat, before a grin crossed her cheeks, "My name's Nadali, just figured I would check in before we get started. Can't wait to see what you've got planned."
With that, she brushed the rim of her hat before spinning and rushing off toward the car, stopping a moment when she saw 1337 and where he went. Pausing a second more to think, she shrugged and rushed toward his car, deciding to sit up front with him.

As he followed his superior and the others he nodded somewhat approvingly at the jeeps and then out of the corner of his eye he saw something that immediately made his blood boil. The presence of that 'Thing' was a blight on the world and he turned his ice blue gaze to stare at the one creature on the planet he hated more than anything in existence. That Charizard, while it belonged to his superior was one of the members of the species that had destroyed his childhood and turned him into what he was now. The beasts would all be expunged, some day, and it would be by his hand. He very pointedly however, turned away and stormed indignantly to the jeep that was not being driven by 1337 and hopped into the back seat. His hand moved down towards the pokeball at his side as he ran his thumb against the surface of it. "Soon Azra... very soon..."

SEA hopped into one of the back seats in the jeep 1337 was driving. She looked about her at the interesting assortment of people. "I'm comin' with you guys," she stated the obvious, grinning. She sat up against the back off her chair and looked ahead, pushing the rim of her glasses up her nose after they kept slipping down. All ready on this front . . .

One girl went and took the seat next to him, and another girl took a seat in the back. Whoever the white-haired grunt was, might have been the only intelligent one so far. He seemed like he had purposely avoided going into the jeep he had claimed. Maybe the girls were just naturally attracted to 1337's own good looks? His left hand stopped with the typing gesture as he couldn't help but think Yeah, that has to be it.Aiming to stir up some conversation, he cackled out slightly "Soooo, ladies? Ya here for tha' joy ride?" His smile nearly matched that of a Cheshire Cat. ((OOC: I believe Ryou's Rocket went to a different car, so there should be 1 more seat available for anybody interested ;D ))

As she fixed her glove, where the longer arms seemed to itch constantly compared to her personal pair at home, Nadali glanced over to where 1337 was making the interesting hand gestures. She decided not to say anything, instead simply watching with her curious expression.
When he finally spoke, she arched her brow, though it was hidden behind her bangs.
"I doubt you can bring much joy, no matter how you drive. You want a joy ride, try fairing during a hurricane on the sea."
Her dark eyes clouded a moment as she remembered the day, and how wet she was after, before a small laugh escaped, "Actually...that wasn't much of a joy at all..."

A training mission! Finally some action. Tatsuya scooped up Pandora in his arms and made his way over to one of the jeeps. It was quite full already, and it wasn't until he got into the vehicle that he noticed the driver was wearing some sort of visor. When did he get there? And more importantly, could he even see out of the thing? The charmander he was currently holding squirmed, trying to conceal herself by curling up into a ball. The new grunt rolled his sea green eyes and returned the shy pokemon. He then scoffed at 1337's cocky comment and gave him and unimpressed look, "Can you even drive with that thing on?"
