Digital Malevolence My Hollow LOL Digi, Otyg only has 2 releases. And I reduse to aknowledge Primordial as folk metal. They are more black metal than they are folk. Being on Paganfest doesnt mean crap as far as I'm concerned. Yeah, but they also have a best of, containing both albums, so I figured that would be best. lol and yeah, Primordial is a bit more Black, but that doesn't mean they aren't good or that they aren't Folk. talk2hand It swings both ways, they are Folk Metal and Black Metal, and I was running out of Folk bands to rec and I had already said Black so I figured it wouldn't hurt. confused I hate 'em, personally. I think the black metal overpowers the folk they have. So I'd still say black metal with folk influence but not enough to make them folk/black for folk metal.

Some songs have a lot of bagpipe. talk2hand and I really don't hear too much Black in them, well I hear it, but certainly not enough to call them Black with folk influences, like such bands as Kroda who are pretty much straight Black Metal with a little folk. But meh, its really not important.

I cleared that up in the rest of my paragraph. talk2hand I re-stated it so what I really meant was that they have a lot more folk then most Black Metal bands with Folk influences. anyways, I stand by my rec, even if you disagree that they are placed wrong.
