Adet tilted her head and followed the cub, and sat next to her silently keeping a keen eye open for her movements. She had never attempted to fish before and preferred to stick to game she could take down and devour herself.
Hoping she wouldn't throw the cub's concentration she asked, "Do you do this a lot to get food?"

The cub shook her head, "Nope first time!" Pilate smiled cheerfully at the other and looked down at the rushing water waiting.
"It can't be harder then catching a lizard or something?" While her attention was else where, a huge fish fled by the cheetah's paws. She watched it, and chased after it in a splashing frenzy. In the end the fish slipped away and Pilate was all wet.

Adet smiled warmly and sat next to the cub, looking down at the water.
"I suppose it can't be much harder than that. Lizards are fast," she paused, "hard to catch the little buggers." She looked away for just a moment as the fish swam past the two and was swiftly covered in water from Pilate splashing around.
She let out a loud laugh, water dripping off her whiskers.

The cub laughed too, the two of them had caught water but no fish. Pilates fur lay on her in a matted fashion and dripped. Her main was all mangled in complete chaos. Pilate just looked silly.
"I - I suppose the fish are a little more tricky then a lizard," The cub chuckled as she licked at her paw. Her mane a lost hope to save but still she tried any ways to straighten it out as she licked her paw and whipped i over her neck in a pleading attempt to save it.
Another fish darted by, the cub only watched that one as she tried her best to fix that mangled mane. There would be more fish.

Adet raked her paw idly through the water after the darting fish, trying to spook it more than catch it. She watched quietly as Pilates attempted to tame her mane and smiled a little, wondering what state of disaray her fur must be in.
"Yea, I suppose it is trickier than catching a lizard, much wetter as well," she purred. She tilted her head, watching the water roll by her.

The cub laughed, "I suppose your right. Sorry Im no help it seems, " The cheetah laughed and hopped on to her feet.
"Well, I should probably be getting back to my sister. But I hope toe see you around." She giggled and splashed a bit before hopping out of the water and padding off toward the tall grass. She paused and looked back at Adet.
"I'll see you around," Pilate smiled and sprinted off.
