Lucie Furr You go right ahead and like your romance, there's nothing wrong with that. In fact, sometimes I wonder if I liked romances maybe, just maybe, I wouldn't be the b***h that I am today.....
Nah.....I'll always like action packed, gore filled, slasher, and spook movies better. I grew up with them so I don't think I'll be able to get it out of my blood.

So is every boyfriend of a Twilight-Obsessed fan. xD Granted, our Jared M. from WSC isn't that age, but Beckie still calls him Edward. gyahh.

Soooo, I just watched the Twilight movie. I didn't think I could dislike Twilight more, but after putting myself through that painful torture I believe I do. My gripes with the movie, you ask?
First off, Bella isn't supposed to be pretty, she's supposed to be plain. Kristen Stewart is WAY too pretty to be Bella.
Second, Edward is supposed to be hot. I mean, really, really hot. Robert Pattinson is not. He doesn't even wash his hair. In fact, all the vampires are supposed to be really incredibly good looking and the only one that manages to pull it off is Victoria, the bad-a** vampire chick that creates an army of newborn vampires to try and kill Edward, Bella, and the rest of the Cullens. And she drinks human blood. You go girl.
Third, the kid playing Jacob sucked. There's no other way to put it.
Fouth, the movie just plain old sucked. Like a black hole that sucks in happiness and good vampire lore.

The sparkle effect wasn't as bad as the "running really fast" effect. It looked like they strapped to actor into a harness, said "make running motions", and drug him along. Bad, bad special effects.

Bad, bad special effects. haha, just imagining that's pretty funny, but then again, Twilight's a big joke. I actually cringed when someone bought Breaking Dawn at Walmart.

Okay, so I've put my Twilight saga on hiatus for the moment. I will try and get back to it but I've just bought the complete Sandman collection and have been reading that as of late. Neil Gaiman is one of my favourite authors -even though it's not horror- and I just can't leave these lay while I haven't yet read them yet.

That's like. . . over $200 worth of merch! Unless you didn't buy the Endless Nights book? It's a good thing for you to stop to read this series. I fell for Supernatural because I was spending too much time thinking about my hatred for Twilight. Supernatural was such a breath of fresh air. [Hey! A topic!]
