The girl giggled and danced along with him during the song. She at least knew the songs from the movie and loved to dance.
The black haired child blinked at his sly smile. "That depends on what sort of game you want to play."

Espen got up without a word, paused the movie, grabbed a handful of puffed cheese, Riffraff and walked towards the rear of the house and waited for Ebony to follow. After he put his mouse in its cage, he leaned up against the glass door which backed onto an enormous backyard which only stopped at a large hill covered in forest, about a hundred and thirty yards away. The grass was tall and thick except for the immediate thirty yards directly behind the house and the moon was high in the sky casting both a pale light and dark shadows on the scene.

The older girl followed her little companion in surprise, blinking at him now and then. Particularly when she got outside did she blink. "Oh. What a large back yard." Really though, it was very big. They could probably have lots of fun out there.

Espen began taking backwards steps into the darkness of the backyard and grinned.
"Hide 'n go seek kay?" he declared. "I go hide, you counto twenny."
Espen had only been living here for a week, but he knew that Ebony wouldn't be able to find him, let alone catch him in this yard. He would win for sure.

((Spoke with DG over AIM and we decided that I should write a summary of the preceding events to wrap this one up.))
Espen and Ebony ran outside and chased each other about the backyard for an hour, almost loosing each other a few times in the process. Ebony had just enough time to find Espen one last time as he crashed in the feild. Helping him to his feet, she brought him upstairs to his bed just as Shane came home. He thanked her and paid her $20 plus an extra $10 for having to get her on such short notice. He also gave her a lift back to her place, as she seemed a little exhausted after chasing Espen around for so long.
