((I messed up too, so no worries, lol))
Lina navigated her way through the dojo. Her expression had turned almost blank as her body temperature plummeted under the effects of her emotional restraint technique's byproduct, which she was relying on to counter the heat that her fox side wasn't properly made for. She breathed a small sigh of relief as she entered the cooler room.
"I figured I needed to see this place for myself for once, and find out who your sharing secrets with." she grinned, trying to show she was joking around this time.

Psyche tilts her head. It's much like Iri's curious bird expression. The two have spent enough time around one another to pick up on haibts and such.
"Hellholes? Yes, something does come to mind. It's vague, though. Didn't you kill yourself? Something about going to hell to help another kunoichi? Can't remember if I was here or if Iri told me about, though. Certainly was more than I've ever done to help anyone."
She makes her way to the fridge and takes out three bottles. It's southern style sweet tea. Psyche used to do green tea and sake, but Iri got her hooked on this stuff. She puts two bottles on a table and twists the top off of another. The fox takes an appreciative swig.
"As far as the dojo, I think it's pleasant. But, I've done some experimenting with Ho that make the heat in this place feel like a spring breeze."
Psyche looks to Lina and smiles. "Pleasure to meet you! Psyche Shadefox. Nice to see I have another cousin." She gestures to the bottles on the table. "Drink up, you two."

Reeve actually chuckles at Psyche's memory.
"Stap me, that was long ago.. I kinda wish things were that simple again," he says, wrapping his fingers -still a little awkward from the railgun jutsu- around the glass curve. He gives a grateful nod, then takes a sip. Narrowing his eyes in consideration, he reaches in his herb pouch and soon procures a wedge of lime, which he drops in the bottle.
"There we go. Lina, what have you been up to?I kinda...dropped out for a while."

"It's nice to meet you as well Psyche. My Name's Lina... Lina Halliphax Kiato."
Lina's ears twitched a few times at the cousin comment and she grinned and bowed. She set down the jar she had been carrying next to the table. She then took a seat at the table and opened the bottle of tea, taking a sip.
"And thanks for this drink"
"Oh just a few things happened Reeve, Ooka's demon agreed to help us in the end, Ren got kidnapped, finally got some rest... oh and I'm Letting Tier and his student mess up the Rai dojo and such, been told it's nothing to worry about though" she waved it off.
"We have the Main dojo to fix anyway so I figure it won't hurt if I let them give me an excuse to do some remodeling when I get the construction stuff together... well assuming our new leader doesn't have something planned."
She tilted her head back.
"And I just got back from shopping, and a few other things I needed to get done, so they'll probably have finished up their fight business soon enough anyway."

"Lina..."
Psyches says the name to herself. It's a trick she's learned to remember a name. She uses it right away, and she's more likely to recall it later. As Lina and Reeve talk, Psyche moves to one of the couches. She lays across it, puts her feet up on the arm rest, and begins to sip her tea. For now, she'll just kick back and listen to what's been going on. She learns a lot that way. Old thievery trick.

"Never a dull moment," Reeve sighs. "Anything out of Nekojiri or Ish- I mean, Ishira?" He leans back against the wall, looking up at the ceiling in a mental nudge for heavenly guidance. "Or is it them that did the kidnapping?"

"It was Kansou I think was the name I heard used, who did the kidnapping directly, but Bao was distracting us with Ookamaru."
She noticed Psyche moving, the ear with the metal piece behind it twitched a few times as she glanced out of the corner of her eye. She felt somewhat bad for coming here and disturbing the two with no reason other then checking in on Reeve. Her mind told her that she likely would have left him alone before the incident, even if she kept telling herself that wasn't why she decided to show up.

"Kansou- that's a name I haven't heard before. Though, that happens..." he shrugs, taking another sip of tea. "This isn't bad, but I miss Nyl's. So..is there a next big course of action, or are we just winging it?"

"Uhhm, hate to say I'm without a plan, but winging it seems to be what it comes down to. Given how many fights we've had over the past few days I'm surprised I've had any time today."
Lina idly rubbed the back of one of her arms, still getting a small feeling she didn't want to be reminded of right now.
"I really don't want to make a plan right now Reeve. There's something... it's giving me hints. But the hints just tell me something's going to happen and nothing else aside from whatever it'll be... it'll be big."
"When the mess at the Rai dojo calms down and you have a bit I'll give you those lessons you asked about. I've been working on something, or well having something worked on since the day you asked for lessons. I don't know if anything from it will help, but if Neko's resources are anything like I'd expect from seeing Bardiel you may need those skills soon. I doubt he'll leave an opening if I'm out of the picture."

"If you've got a hunch I'm inclined to go with it, as often as you've saved my tail. As far as lessons go, I'm ready whenever you are. We need to finish this..."
The hand clutching the bottle tenses slightly.

Lina nodded, occasionally letting her eyes wander to the jar at her feet. Her mind knew digging that up was a bad idea, but something that had nearly posessed her body before she could even manage to will a countermeasure in place wasn't something she would let go unanswered, and likewise she couldn't let the feelings she had been having go unheard. She started looking through her options.
"Reeve, what I'm going to ask may sound strange, but can you remember anything of mine left behind anywhere? I'm trying to pick up anything and everything that might have been left behind. I've also been patrolling the town for anything I figure we wouldn't want him getting his hands on that I can actually manage to control."

"Hmm...I can't remember- apart from wreckage from the mechs and maybe pieces of that medical thing you used on me after you headshot me... Sorry, Lina, my short-term memory is crap lately."

She shook her head, now accepting a thinking pose. She had been choosing her words carefully to avoid scaring off Psyche. She figured if reeve broke that it was fine.
"Most of the medical thing basically ends up as regular light after it's used up, it's a self cleaning energy source, made to not leave a trail. The machine bits just act like a technique container at the simplest level... Ishira might be able to use them as a battery or something if Nek fixed the casings and tweaked them slightly, but it's unlikely to accomplish much either way."
She looked around, left then right then took another sip of her tea.
"What actually hit earth from my machine should have been disintegrated when I summoned Fanfair's attack after that fight. I don't think it matters what I left from the other."
"My memory's been a bit fuzzy the past year. But I'm trying to think of anything I need to worry about. I've had this feeling in the core of my being since I got the warning. Something makes me keep thinking I'll be possessed or something given we've already seen two demonic possessions this week. I've been gathering any loose ends on that front as well... had to get a few things I didn't want to see again because of the feeling..."
