I've been looking for a lifeline...
Ice = water, water is not a good way to get rid of Capsaicin, it just moves it around, but the lipids in milk work wonders and dissolve them. Unfortunately there were too many capsaicin molecules and not enough lipids. gonk And we don't have any bananas.

Oh right. I know that when the Indians eat their curries they always have banana to. It apparently stops the burning smile
