I played Pokemon Platinum like all day today. I am filling up mah Pokedex, oh yeah. Only... like... 300 Pokemon to go. x_x
Omfg, I remember I had like, 40 fruit trees right outside Nook's shop. Every three days, I think it is, shaking those trees and making that cash. All you get is like... a statue when you pay it off. I wish you could pick an animal to be instead of a silly human, though.
I got a Choclodocus in Viva Pinata! It's a DINOSAUR.

I remember the hardest thing for me to get on the first Viva Pinata was the ******** Chewnicorn.
That little b***h took hours to get because it had to eat the ******** gems and it would only take two at a time each day, and sometimes it would just prance right through my garden with its little horned head raised up.
I got one, though. I always wanted to breed it with my Dragonache. Xp That wouldn't work, but I just thought the Dragonache deserved a pretty pony. 3nodding
The Jameleons are my all time favorite Pinata, though. I had one named Scuzzy. I miss him like whoa sometimes...as bad as that sounds.

I understand. My favorite are Pretztails. And I sold my first ever Pretztail and I have regretted it ever since... D: But Jameleons are pretty awesome, yeah. Their EYES.
Yeah, finicky pinatas, always coming in the garden and not eating what they're supposed to. Even when you put it RIGHT in front of them. Ugh. x_x

Wish we had all of our systems still.

So my bf got 30$ worth of expansions for Fallout 3 the other day. It's crazy/smart how game designers are making money like that. Just adding a few levels and add-ons to already existing games and charging for it. So I was really sceptical/upset at first that he was wasting his money like that.
I dunno if you all have played Fallout 3, or if you even like FPS but... these expansions are so worth it. First it raises the level cap so you can gain 10 more levels of experience. Then there's this huge new place called The Pitt, which is really post-apocalyptic Pittsburgh. Like you're crossing the bridge and it's all dilapidated, and there's cars everywhere, all broken down and smashed. And you can look out at the dirty water and the blinding sun, and in the distance... crumbling buildings, exploded skyscrapers.
it's beautiful. it's amazingly done. I love games where you can just look around and not really have to be doing anything to enjoy them. Just... so detailed and amazing.
Which is a huge reason why I like Bioshock as well. it really plays to your senses and has such an art-like feel, with undertones of utter madness.
Yes.

I beat Pokemon Snap today! biggrin Holy crap it took me forever to figure out what the last couple Pokemon were. Dugtrio and Muk were the last I got. Muk is stupid. D<
I love that game so much. I played it for a couple hours after beating it trying to get higher scores, and then I let Austin play and he was getting so pissed at Oak for not liking his pictures more. x3 It was so fun.
They reaaaallly need to make a new Pokemon Snap. I would be the happiest Wii owner ALIVE.

Pokemon Snap on the Wii is like.. like... frosting on cupcakes. NECESSARY ADDITION.
I can't wait to get a better computer and purchase the new Sims. By the time I can afford a new computer AND the game, the bugs should all be worked out. Not to mention there will be some awesome mods online..
Also, new Mario games. YUSH.

So we purchased an off-brand mote and chuck for the Wii, and while the disc drive is still broken, we were able to purchase and download games from the shop instead. We bought Pokemon Rumble (Wii Shop exclusive), Zelda OoT, Bubble Bobble (the enhanced Wii Shop version), and Mario 64. This week I want another points card so Kat can continue to stock up on games so she's less likely to get bored with what she has from over-playing.

I could never get tired of playing Bubble Bobble or Mario 64.
I wouldn't mind having Yoshi's Story on there, though. I will say that. Xp

That game is freaking awesome, but now I'm addicted to Cream Wolf. XD
I keep role playing in my head that I'm Fenrir.
Plus, the music is so awesome with the little 8-bit techno. Love this game, omigod.

Haha, yes, Cream Wolf. XD I am really bad at that one. Lol, I love AdultSwim.
Anyhows, also been playing Bioshock 2 a lot lately, which was awesome, but really just made me want to replay the first game more. Bioshock as a whole is just... such a huge, awesome environment that leaves me thinking long after I've stopped playing. I dream that game in color, know what I mean? Not to mention Austin got me the full set of action figures and toys for Bioshock 2, including an Eve syringe and Big Daddy Plushie! heart
Since I finished Bioshock though, I started on Assassin's Creed too. And that game is wicked fun too, but often really frustrating... but the world there is so big as well. SO MUCH stuff to collect. So muuuch.
Also, getting super excited for Pokemon HeatGold. :3
