Thanks surprised Generally speaking, I prefer to use my prisma markers and graphic pens. I feel like you can actually get a lot of detail in there with black ink, and people don't take advantage of it enough. A line is more than just a line: it's a shape. [/perspective] >w<;

[/perspective] >w<; Oh...I love prismacolor! I have a huge set of the markers. I also have a great set of watercolor pencils that my aunt sent me. They're great quality and I love using them. I only use the markers for pictures that are one sided (that is, they don't get used in coloring books, which I LOVE) which means it's usually stuff I've printed from the internet. The pencils get used for the coloring books. ^_^

You know what I like to do? I use prisma markers in my drawings in a certain notebook with thick absorbent paper. The kind of paper that watercolors are good on. It's kind of toothy but still has a smooth texture. Kind of like, if you rip it it has fibers. I love it because it makes me feel like I'm using watercolor markers the way the colors bleed and mix. I'll have to scan a picture.

Xi Wang, I love your wallpapers! They're so cute!!
Also, I used Windsor and Newton brand water color paper. (it was a gift) It's cold press paper but I don't remember the weight. I think it's 100 lb. (the weight tells how thick it is. It's measured by the weight of a roll. So thinner paper is a lighter weight than thicker paper.) Here's a link to a think about watercolor paper if you're interested. http://painting.about.com/cs/watercolours/ht/Howto_WCpaper.htm

Just one time I got Winsor and Newton paper, and that was good >v<

I haven't had to buy paper yet because my Grandfather bought it for me.
I like your picture!! It looks like Sealand from Hetalia! (only pink instead of blue!)

How about a secret santa meets avi art? Everyone gets a members name (who can draw) and thats your mission. Give it like a week for the deadline?
