Okay, Dogs, let me help ya here, maybe it'll help your worries at least.
If you're 14 (and the female) you can't get arrested. At most, you get a warning, and a fine. However the male can and in most cases, does go to Jail. Especially over the age of 18. *****, unless they can prove it's a lit ciggarrette, and prove that you still smoke, and find you smoking around them or something, you can't get in trouble.

Oh, and females most often do get off easy no matter what during a nude pic trade....'tis called Sexting, dear. Or that's what it is when it's on your phone.
There was a huge thing about it not too long ago.
Edit: And on a side note, the parents are at fault for the 14 year old. She won't be in any trouble.

OH! And worst thing in my life...
Prom is Saturday, i'm going insane getting ready, when at the same time i'm finishing up an oil painting for my principal that i'm being paid for that I need done by tomorrow,
Along with 10 projects on a book I procrastinated on and didn't read,
All due tomorrow, when we have the test,
Upon doing that i'm also doing a research paper on the controversy of gay marriage, and it needs an anotated bibliography, an outline, a rough draft, and a end paper, due by finals, adn is my finals.
AND my geometry test is tomorrow, which I don't know anything from the chapter, I was gone the days we had the lessons, so i'm a little confused right now,
ANNNND i'm trying to repair some things with people,
And fix things,
And not die of stress,
And be in a better place in my life.

in a bloody messed up divorce right now, and she might get put
into a foster home. Apparently the law might think that because her
parents are giving her what she needs, she's going somewhere
else. But at least she won't go to jail -relieved- Thanks a ton =]
