Obito stumbles into the barren wasteland that is the outback, tripping and tumbling down a hill as he was unused to the speed at which he moved. The Kyuubi chakra had stopped flowiing and he was begining to feel very weak, he decide he would have to find somewhere to rest and spotted a cave which he walked into and after determening wheither or not it was safe Obito lay down and closed his eyes for a minute but that was all it took to fall asleep

The Tsuchikage let out a sigh as he walked up to the cave in which Obito was asleep in. He stood there with his arms crossed as he sat on the mouth of the cave. "What do we have here?" He asked looking at the passed out Obito. "I liked that prison; odd thing to say put it looked nice" He said with his arms still crossed. The Kage slowly made hand signs as he looked at the Jounin.
At had been easy to follow him until this point seeing as how the demon chakra that he was using while he broke out of the prison left a distinctive trail behind him.

Obito's eyes immediately sprang open, awoken by the sound of foot steps and he drew a kunai and threw it at the ceiling above the kage, the kunai had an exploding tag on it and exploded causing the rocks to fall, blocking out the light, to this Obito pulled up his headband from his eye and activated it
Kaongan!!!!
Obito thought as he began seeing the heat signature of the stone kage
(Dude how did you find Obito lol you cant just automatically find someone who litterally "Vanished" much less find them in a secluded hidden cave)

Omoi jumped backwards out of the mouth of the cave; which he had been standing in. He then watched as he rubble started to fall into where he had just been standing moments earlier. As he was jumping back he finished the hand signs. "Genjutsu;vision of hell jutsu" He did not let the Genjutsu active at the moment but waited until the boy came out into the sun. "So are you going to go back to the Prison and wait until i speak to the Otokage about you coming here; or am i going to force you to go back there?" He asked waiting for the boy to exit the cave.

Obito staggered out of the cave in a daze, he did not look sane at all, by using Kyuubi the chakra 'Healed' the mental blocks he had on some of his more gruesome memories
"I . . . I . . .want . . to go home . . . mom . . . Dad . . ."
Obito said swaying back and forth as he approached the kage if anyone could see Obito's chakra it would look distorted at points reaching a high peak and then dropping extremely low
"Help . . . me . . . dont . . . no . . . NOOOO"
Obito suddenly rushed forward drawing his katana and swinging at the Tsuchikage, in Obito's vision the Otokage looked like one of the bandits that Obito now remembered killed his father and Obito was swinging till he hit, swinging in every direction towards Omoi in a mad high

(Going by your character sheet for my post)
As Obito swung, the blade seemed to shatter in his hands; As this happened the remains of his hilt; and blade seemed to turn into spiders. The moment he noticed this happened it seemed a though thousands of small spider eggs started hatch just under the young Jounin's skin small black spiders crawling there was up through his skin.
As this happened the Kage continued to jump backwards dodging the crazed Jounin's wild slashed. It was easy to outpaced the sound ninja due to his worn out condition that using the demon chakra had put him in.

Obito went into a Complete panic at the spiders however the adrenaline and his insane mind completely ignored them and he continued swinging madly
"DIE . . . DIE . . . DIEEEEEEEEEEEEE"
Obito yelled as his sword ignited into flames from his chakra increasing its range
(Every seen how a wounded beast fights? O_O)

((So he thinks he is making sword swinging motions with nothing in his hands))
Omoi sighed and quickly made a few hand signs. He then stopped walking backwards and stepped into Obito. "Chidori!" As Omoi said this his whole upper body was covered in a blinding lightning that was infused with his chakra giving it a Greenish tinge to it.
Obito then raised his left hand up and attempted to grab the blade, and at the same time aimed a punch at Obito's stomach lightning still covering his hands.
(Note for this post.
Obito is blinded by the lightning in front of him and If he hits Omoi or is blocked the lightning will travel through his blade)

(You know the blade is made of chakra metal right? oh well)
As the punch his Obito, Obito poofed, in his place a rock was crushed as Obito did a substitution appearing a ways behind Omoi looking tired and staring down the Kage
"leave. . . me . . . alone. . . "
obito said and made quick hand signs then when he finished he took a very deep breath

And as he thought the name the jutsu sprang forth from his mouth burning its way towards Omoi
(ima start rolling dice as a part of the battle that way we dont keep going "dodge and aim an inescapeable attack at you" so its sorta fair ill start with 20 HP you'll have 40)
